You can tell by social media they are upset with each other. Todd is mad at Scott's claims that they won't let him back in the band. Todd said he has not heard from him in 4 years and he has not said a word to them about wanting to come back. Then Todd started putting some memorabilia up for sale and first thing was scott's drumsticks that were given to Todd and some other things, and Scott talked smack about that on his facebook.
Scott:
Much interesting interaction these days…not even sure where to begin with this one?…Maybe you can help..? Gonna pose a question / love to hear any feedback? :
“basic question” : “WHAT WOULD YOU DO “ ?
as follows:
— ‘IMAGINE this ” - You are the original founding member (+2 partners) : INTERNATIONAL BRAND / TRADEMARK/ EQUAL AS OWNERS / PARTNERS / SHAREHOLDERS / DIRECTORS etc… an “employee/staff member” has been-and is currently still selling “YOUR PERSONAL” items which include YOUR “personal autograph” and are owned by You (the owner?) ? …and all for his own profit? ….. ..?
“WHAT WOULD YOU DO “ ?
Todd's response to a fan pointing this out:
Idk why. These are mine to do what I want with. He gave them to me, 8 years ago, because he was going to throw them away and I asked if I could have them to which he said yes. Lol, he threw sticks out every night at shows, and some people decide to sell such items on Ebay. It is totally legal and this is my property to do what I want with, so I am and I will. People sell items with logos and signatures all day long, it's called memorabilia, not trademark infringement lol. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to sell a car. I would be more upset releasing and selling a private demo (with my lyrics, melodies, and voice) on a website without the band's knowledge or consent, but that's just me lol. The guy bails on the band and fans for years now and he is upset about this? Good grief.
