Exactly the point I was going to make, but Andrew made it first... Earlier on, regardless to who made the decisions, the perception was that Bon Jovi was a band of 5 guys. Over the last however many years, with JBJ taking the management in-house, it's really just about Jon Bon Jovi, and using the Bon Jovi brand for marketing purposes. Tico and David stick around for the perks and nice paydays, but the focus is all on JBJ and what he wants.
