Same deal with ARW,so it seems with the promoters. That's when Howe & company got pissed and got the courts involved. Seems that Anderson was the one putting the pressure on to start calling it 'Yes' again after the fact. I get his angst about that,but they DID make a deal to go out as ARW. So he sorta pushed the Yes card regardless of the other 2 guys' thoughts about it. Too bad as they did seem to enjoy playing/touring together again. That dvd shows it,and they sounded great! The other issue was that they were pressured to tour more than they felt comfy with. So they never got time to arrange studio time and record new music. And working remotely wasn't something they could get with either... shame. T
