America is totally fractured. Has been for a long time, it just took Trump to bring out all the crazies that prove it. I was engaged to a chick in Portland and visited the states a couple dozen times. There are some wonderful people there. However they all seem incredibly self centred as people and towards their country. Yet the health system is a mess. Education not far behind. Homeless people everywhere. Racism everywhere you turn. You never truly feel safe there. Politics is taken far too seriously. Celebrities pretty much run the joint. Guns guns guns. They are ruled by a constitution that is over 3 centuries old! The place is a mess and the people in charge of it are basketcases.

I've never in my life felt more glad that I was born in Australia and live here. We have our issues, but nothing compared to our big brothers. It's like a younger brother watching his older brother just fall off the rails and all we can do is look on and shake our head.

As for Schaffer. I'm not surprised. Ripper Owens, Nugent, Stephen Pearcy and many others have been strong Trump supporters I've noticed. Outspokenly. I hope Schaffer loses a lot of fans after this. It's ok to have an opinion and have a voice, however this is totally crossing the line being a part of what has taken place. I hope the cops sends his ass to jail. Fuck him and everyone else that took part in that and also those that supported it..
