Max Webster were incredible. I first heard them on a local radio station in 1979 when A Million Vacations was getting a bit of airplay. I bought the album and then all the previous ones. Saw them on both nights in Liverpool when they supported Rush. One of the best bands I've ever seen and it was a pity they only did a support set.
I was gutted when they split but pleased when Kim Mitchell announced he was making new music. I got the first E.P. and thought it was great and I've followed his career ever since.
He surrounds himself with brilliant musicians and always has great sound on everything. Love his voice and his guitar playing is sheer class.
Definitely up there with my all time faves.
