Like I said, it certainly wasn't up to the standard of the first two but it wasn't a bad record by any means in fact of the 3 it's arguably aged better considering the debut and IYF played up to that late 80:s scene far more?
Other than those I linked above there's definitely a few more highlights, Should I and Both Of Us are excellent, Blood On The Land also...
It's the album where Wolf started experimenting and adding other elements to the sound. I had a mate back in the day swear its merits over the first two but after the initial letdown (following IYF) it took me a little longer to appreciate how good it actually was (same mate who pushed early KingsX on me, he had a terrific ear for stuff outside the norm!).
Think Hands Of Time is a worthwhile listen and def an essential part of the KC catalogue. I'd rank it well above a few of their later albums \m/
