As an American, it completely baffles me how so many people would even consider voting for Trump. I’ve asked some people I know that support Trump and they don’t seem to care about character and honesty. Trump really empowered the bigots and racists to be more vocal and show themselves outwardly. It was always there, I guess, but I was naive and didn’t want to believe it was so widespread. it’s really depressing honestly.
