It seems to be a comment that I see regularly - people here seem to want fast rockers over mid-tempo grooves.

Now I understand if every song on an album is a mid-tempo rocker - that it would be nice to switch it up, but for me - I find that I connect more with a song that has a kick ass groove over fast tempo songs.

Having said that, my preference is for blues based hard rock/classic rock - so maybe the groove works better with that style of music over melodic rock/hair metal.

So while it is good to have a mix of both on one album, do you find you prefer the mid-tempo/groove rockers or the fast tempo blazing rockers?
