Number cruncher in the housing develpment sector in the UK.

My team do lots of different stuff from telling house developers where to build and what to build to things like strategic housing assessments and housing needs studies for Local authorities, RSLs and other house development companies - basically we tell folk with loads of money (or not in the case of the various Councils) what and where to build housing for different groups from renters through to execs.

I analyse primary and secondary (population/projections etc) data and conduct all of our primary research for each job we do.

And I work fromm home!
