Totally understandable. Bands at that level are often still working day jobs, touring on vacation time, spending salaries on keeping everything together and the members are reaching ages where it's no longer fun to piss away time and money on diminishing returns - that's what your 20s are for. You can't retire on a zero balance and sometimes the best way to win the game is to stop playing it.
