I don't see anything about Starz making a new album but I hope they do. You are correct in that there was one in the works but Michael's health and the fact that the band members lived a long way from each other pretty much stopped any progress and Frontiers, pardon the pun, 'Pulled The Plug'.
As mentioned in my earlier post Michael is recovering from major surgery and seems to be making good progress so fingers crossed he'll be back in the game and they can get to work on new music.
