OK, some interesting comments, all with valid points.
Let me explain why I ordered these in the way I did.
It is plain and simple, there is far too much product that I want to buy. When the opportunity arises where I can save some pennies then I will.
I normally purchase the RC titles in store at HMV, my only local record store at £12.99. If i purchased directly from RC then the store closes.
Anyway, bottom line it is purely down to economics and looking to make my money stretch as far as possible, purchase as much music from as many sources as possible.
Someone has dropped the bomb here be it distributor or the retailer, either way never look a gift horse in the mouth.
Order update- All titles except the Saigon Kick Water have shipped at the £5.99 price and should be ready to collect in store tomorrow when I'll now also pick up a couple of the new frontiers titles.
