HMV cancel my rockcandy order

So HMV advertised the new Rockcandy releases (Saigon Kick) at £5.99. Order place and now oddly they tell me that payment failed, odd as the other items were paid for and collected fine.
Anyway not surprised cancelled, but why they just can't admit that the price was wrong.
