Good tip Ross. The owner of Blue Desert is a friend of mine and a very nice man, sure knows his stuff about music.
And yes, it's easy to get to Malmö from all over europe / world. Just fly to Copenhagen and take the train directly from there to Malmö Cental Station. The location were MRFS will be held is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Central Station
