Dont know how he has this information, but he tweeted out that as he knew it Perry's album is done.
Now if true will it ever get released or is this Against The Wall all over again?

"inside information" that its done. as well.

In this day and age how could anyone keep a secret for 1/2 years when Perry
announced on a radio show that his album was near completion and would be released in Mid 2016.
