I love some of the comments here... paraphrasing "Andrew's 10% is WAY off!!! Insulting! This album is at LEAST a 25%!!"

Splitting hairs are we? While I give it at least 20% or so, anything below 60% is going to be complete festering dogshit. Who cares if it's a 10, 20, or 30%?
It's completely phoned in and a fucking miserable effort.
That said, the new Geoff Tate may have it beaten as a low water mark for the year. That new single is just... well... "putrid" is too kind of a word.
