I see even more compilation like Whips and Rose's 2 for example. It seems like there a lot of the same songs on the compilstions. I get that a lot of this material can be outtakes, live, and demos.

Is there are any reason to dig into the other compilation/rarity releases? It looks like some of it is repackaged. Just wondering if any Bolin aficionados out there who can set me straight?

Generally not liked by Maiden fans or at least not nowdays, I wonder had they not released CIPWM as lead single could it have fared better? Because while it chartered very high it doesn't seem to have survived the criticism and can appreciate it would've been a bit polarising for fans, even after the synth heavy Somewhere In Time.

So while I do like the song a lot, I do feel The Evil That Men Do would've been better choice for the lead single, that or The Clairvoyant. And if that were the case how might CIPWM had fared if relegated to one of the album's deep cuts?

New album “Sanctuary” out June 5. I didn’t know they were working on one tbh, seems quite soon after The Bitter Truth which I loved, about as much as Fallen.

This? To me it’s fine but strikes me as Evanescence by numbers. On this basis I’m prepared to be a bit disappointed with the album, apart from several songs. That was the case with the albums in between Fallen and TBT but I may be more pleasantly surprised of course!

I had no idea this group covered Dokken and actually got the song to chart. The Party consisted of members of The All New Mickey Mouse Club and their cover of "In My Dreams" actually peaked at #34.

Man I'm frustrated, and angry.
Now I see that Amazon has the big deluxe for $139 Aussie which is great, but apparently Rhino won't refund unless it's damaged items.

My favorite is probably DALBELLO's 'Whore' which I think is her magnum opus (and her 1996 vocal tour de force on Alex Lifeson's VICTOR album on 'Start Today' https://youtu.be/FU2Cv4RSqvQ is out of this world; in fact, I wish she would've been asked to join the new RUSH on their upcoming tour to take the load off Geddy even more.
