German virtuoso shredder Thorsten Koehne, lead guitarist of Multinational Melodic Metal band Eden's Curse, has released a fan filmed compilation of his guitar solo spot from the groups recent UK tour.

Clocking in at 5:33 mins, it's easy to see why Koehne, who happens to play left handed but strung upside down, was voted as Guitarist of the year 2013 by MelodicRock.com (a title he has held twice) and is currently one of the finest Hard Rock/Metal players on the scene.
 

Eden's Curse have begun writing their fifth studio album, ear marked for a release in Autumn 2015 through AFM Records, and are already putting plans in place to return to the UK towards the end of the year, as well as additional selected European dates.

Video : Michael Schenker vocalist joins Eden's Curse onstage in London

 

Multinational Melodic Metal band and AFM Records act, Eden's Curse, were joined onstage at Camden Underworld, London by former Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen and current Michael Schenker vocalist Doogie White.

White, who contributed guest backing vocals to the groups 2007 self-titled debut and 2008's sophomore release, "The Second Coming", joined new Curse vocalist Nikola Mijic (Alogia, Dreyelands) for a duet on their 2011 YouTube hit "No Holy Man".

"No Holy Man" was the lead single from the groups third album, "Trinity", which featured Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie on guest lead vocals.

Eden's Curse have just completed a successful seven date debut headline club tour of the UK in support of their latest album "Symphony Of Sin", with the grand finale being the show at the infamous club in the English capital.

The band, consisting of Nikola Mijic (vocals), Thorsten Koehne (guitar), Paul Logue (bass) and John Clelland (drums), will begin writing their fifth studio album towards the end of the Summer and are already putting plans in place to return to the UK towards the end of the year, as well as working on additional European dates.

In the first hour of the show, Glenn Hughes, the legendary Voice of Rock, talks about his new band California Breed, featuring former his Black Country Communion compadre Jason Bonham, alongside new discovery Andrew Watt. Glenn talks about finding Watt, writing and recording the album, and the future of the band, with 3 songs from the self-titled debut, released by Frontiers Records on May 19th. Also in part 1, Stryper frontman Michael Sweet discusses his new solo album “I'm Not Your Suicide”, and his recently released autobiography “Honestly”. Michael also gives the low down on Stryper's future plans, and also on a project he's working on with George Lynch (KXM, Lynch Mob, ex Dokken). You'll also hear two tracks from “I'm Not Your Suicide”.
In part two, Eden's Curse members Paul Logue (bass) and Nikola Mijic (vocals) talk about their current Symphony of Sin UK tour, the reaction to the album of the same name, their new drummer John Clelland, and their future plans. Paul and Nikola also choose a song each from “Symphony of Sin”.
Also in the second hour, Eclipse frontman Erik Martensson spills the beans on the band's new remixed, remastered reissue of their “Are You Ready To Rock” album, and outlines their plans for a new record.
