28/01/01: Jeff Hansen - grinch@t-online.de
the album i would have loved to be behind was Mr. Big's Lean Into It......what can i say i love Paul Gilbet's style....and green-tinted sixties mind is my fav Mr. Big song ever!!!!

14/12/00: Kenneth - KennethNuppenau@ofir.dk
One of my favourite songs to sing is:
TOTO: How Does It Feels (Cool Ballad)
but i wish i could sing like Mark Slaughter in Slaughter. He can sing and have an awsome voice

03/11/00: Edwin van Hoof - hannie1@chello.nl
Now that's a tough one......
It's like asking me which dream I'm still hunting....But hey! Best albums I wish I would be singing on.....:
REFUGEE : Burning from the inside out
PHANTOM OF THE OPERA : Dutch version
wish my voice was like either one of those giants, although I have to admit that Henk Poort singing the Phantom is a dream for every vocalist.
Just seen the musical in The Netherlands of "Elisabeth" in which Addo Kruizinga is singing a lead part. Addo used to sing in Dutch AOR revelation (understatement) RUBICON, but this guy is awesome amazing and breathtaking at the same time. He was awesome on their "Land of Dreams" debut, but he's HUGE in Ėlisabeth".........Dreams do come true every once in a while!!!!!

Hmmm.. probably Long Way From Love by Mark Free, I'd tidy up some of the rough edges

10/10/00: wiljan vriens - w.vriends@chello.nl
difficuld question this is
i'm a singer myself and pretty good they say
i just mention the albums i sing most songs of

dare - out of the silence - very good album but my voice is a little bit stronger than darren so i sing it with more power than he does

TEN - NAME OF THE ROSE - one of the best albums i have and the song DON'T CRY rules gary has a more defencive voice but beautiful

JOSEPH WILLIAMS - I AM ALIVE - my favorite album of all time that voice magnificent really (my opinion) i would like to sing herous with joseph as a duet
JOSEPH love ya

I can think of three albums I would like to have sung on:

Ten by Y&T
This album was the culmination of all the band's past efforts. Great party tunes, great speed rockers, great ballads. If I could sing like anybody, I would sing like Dave Meniketti, hands down.

Silk And Steel by Giuffria
What can you say about this album that hasn't already been said. David is a great vocalist and he shines on this release. Do I detect a Dave theme going on here...plus, David G.E. and Dave M. sing mainly in a medium range where I feel the most comfortable.

OU812 by Van Halen
Ha! thought I was gonna say David Lee Roth didn't ya. I like Sammy's vocals better, and I can sing his stuff. Can't screech like Roth. I love the tunes on this album, and would love to lay down vocals over any song on here.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
Take What You Need by Hurricane
The production on this album is horrible, but man, those songs are so great and Kelly is one of the top 5 melodic rock vocalists of all time.

Escape by Journey
I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to sing like Steve Perry. Wow. Maybe Hugo could fill me in!

X by Ten
Fantastic modern melodic masterpiece. Just to sing "After The Love" would be a cornerstone of anybody's career.

10/09/00: Doug - DClark27@Juno.com
There are so many, but the one that comes to my mind right away is Giuffria's S/T...David Glen Eisley was new and raw, and that CD just goes track for track as a brilliant composition. It has to be one of the most underrated albums of all time!

10/09/00: Roberto Jakstas Toth - rjtoth_br@hotmail.com
Kiss - Hot in the Shade
Alice Cooper - Hey Stoopid
Ozzy Osbourne - Ultimate Sin

29/08/00: giannis GREECE - wardas@leleua.gr
GARY MOORE - VICTIMS OF THE FUTURE (AAH!! what a guitar feeling)

13/08/00: Dorian - dkasimati@yahoo.com
Survivor - Vital Saints

Probably the best album recorded by a band

11/08/00: JV - savatage@advalvas.be
1. Images and Words (Dream Theater), if I had written/recorded this, I would be an alien. What's on this album is far beyond human...

2. Time To Burn (Giant)
If I had written this, maybe I would be playing on Shania Twain...

her albums.

3. Streets (Savatage): the last track alone is enough to justify it's selection

07/08/00: Sven - sugarqueen@hotmail.com
Hard one ... these are the first to jump in my thoughts:

Hardline - Double Eclipse
Europe - Prisoners in Paradise
Firehouse - s/t

and lots more, of course...

05/08/00: ALEX SIEDLER - LXS@firemail.de
Being a musicician/songwriter myself, the albums that come stylistically in my vein (mostley not song-wise, i aint that good so far, but it will come.;-)..) would be:

Magnum on a storytellers night
Europe: Out of this world
Bon Jovi: New Jersy

the albums i wish i“d have recorded by my own would be:

Bon Jovi: Slippery.........
Fair Warning: 4
