For the thousandth time, they re-recorded the album to get the rights to their music back! So it did need to be recorded again! If Universal had given/sold the rights to the original back, this release wouldn't have happened.

This has been said several times, but I'll give it one more go. Universal owns the original album. Darren and Vinny get nothing back from sales of that album. Universal won't release it to them, and their asking price is beyond what anyone could afford. The sole purpose of this release is to get the rights to the music back. They purposely didn't update the songs or add unreleased material. Vi

I'm liking this a lot! The singer reminds me a little of Tate in his prime.

Saw them in New York and it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to. Greg is only standing in while Chris is working with Thunder.

Loved Glyder, I have all of their albums as well. They had that Lizzy feel while creating their own sound. When the singer/bass player left I think that was the end. Bat Kinane is doing country music now, but occasionally hints at keeping Glyder alive.

I'm going to be tarred & feathered for this. I'm a huge Tykes fan, and love pretty much everything DV has ever done. I personally liked Strength more than DCE too. That said, I'm starting to think this is the best album they've ever done. This is a great culmination of early Tyketto, Danny's solo material, and brings in influences and band members from Ten, Pride and Thunder. Add to that real

I bet you'd get an interesting discussion between Jeff Beck, Alex Lifeson, and Joe Bonamassa. Plus these guys are all sort of into guitar/music history.

I'm loving this. The fact that it's diverse and not just straightforward is pretty cool. As always DV is amazing, and Chris is a monster. Can't wait for the album!

Brilliant album! The more you listen the more the songs take on their own identity. Great to have Vinny, Darren and Nigel together again.

Agreed, Joe hasn't made a bad album. And I love the way he and Shirley sort of sidestepped record labels and just did this on their own. Great story, great music!
