Saw them live in Edinburgh way back in 1979 and I have to say I found them to be very boring. I was really looking forward to seeing them but live it just didn't happen. I wasn't alone in my feeling that night.

Well done for going Gill, at least you made an effort to listen to different bands. I wish more of us went to see artists and genres they weren't sure about because I know I've been left eating humble pie on a number of occasions and broadened my musical tastes. By the sound of it you enjoyed your evening. We got in after the doors opened and it was really busy downstairs. My two girls really en

Been spoiled recently with great gigs and this was no exception. Both bands were excellent and I'd be hard pushed to say who was the better. WT obviously had longer set as headliners and a superb light show but I cannot remember the last time I saw a support band being given such a fantastic reception as the Glasgow crowd gave Delain last night. Superb evenings entertainment. Expensive ticket pr

Listened to this through twice today from start to finish. Simply wonderful and frankly the most beautiful piece of modern music I've heard in years. I actually had tears in my eyes towards the end. I stress however that this is not in any way rock music and the best comparison I can make is a cross between Mike Oldfield and Hans Zimmer. Certainly nothing like Nightwish and as I said not rock mus

You are joking Can Man. Hidden messages ??? Big Boys Don't Cry is clearly audible without head phones on and is certainly not a hidden message. I saw the band supporting Status Quo in December and they were excellent.

Yes. I'm actually wondering if the lad that stepped in for him is being groomed for the position full time. In response to your comments Mark, would you rather bands just called it a day and we never got to hear the songs again in a live format. The nucleus of the band on stage last night have been together for a long time plying the Foreigner name and if they continue I'll always be there to see

Fantastic evening in Glasgow. From the pre gig catch up with friends to the gig itself. For once I totally agreed with the billing of the bands. FM were very good. Europe were excellent despite a slow start. Foreigner were World Class. I know this is a sweeping statement to make but IMHO, Kelly Hansen is the best front man in the business. How the guy worked what can be a sedate audience in The C

To be fair I've played it through a number of times and just love it. I am so glad she moved in a totally different direction, as it really suits her voice. I don't think it's weak at all mate as I think the songs are very strong but totally removed from Nightwish.

Well what a wee cracker this cd is. Ex lead vocalist of Nightwish of course and in no way has she tried to copy the style of her old band mates. This is a very mellow affair with lush instrumentalisation underpinning the cd and at 38 minutes, although short, there are no fillers in sight. Certainly not straight ahead rock but neither is it a pop release. Strong songs throughout but its her voice

To be really honest with you CCM, DDY is now too vaudeville for my tastes. No denying his presence in years gone by but I really don't miss him but love and appreciate his legacy.

I appreciate your candour and your opinion but I also feel you are missing out on a magnificent band. I loved DDY in Styx and when I first went to see the current line up, I was very cynical. I was totally blown away however and if this is Styx, then I am very satisfied. The live blu ray of the GI/POE tour is just sensational. Hope I get to see them again live.

Only cretins like you still think it's a fact despite the fact that FIFA/UEFA/SFA/Advertising Boards etc etc all recognise the FACT that Rangers Football club never died. The company owning them went into liquidation. So if it makes you and your paranoid fundamentalists happy to continue spouting your bile then fill your boots. If you wish to continue with this crap then away and join your friend

No Can Man we do not have two fake Styx touring. The TS/JY led band are and have been STYX for a number of years now and are absolutely superb. Some people just cannot get over the fact that DDY is no longer part of the band.

Personally I think the guy is a genius and I can't wait to hear this cd. He has been working on it for years and has been likened to a mixture of Mike Oldfield, Enya and Hans Zimmer. The fact that the first track is called Glasgow adds to the appeal. Lol.

Right at this moment in time Joseph Williams is a far better singer than Bobby Kimball and for that matter a far stronger front man. BK made a return to Toto and a successful one at that but latterly was a shadow of his former self. That is not a criticism as age catches up with us all. Let's all embrace the current lineup as I'm pretty sure they will deliver the goods both on cd and in concert.
