MTV did shoot some tracks at all the American Dream Gigs...but their budget did not allow them to record all the set, and we sure as hell could not afford to do it (We lost money on the Shadow King gig as well, just to make matters worse) Still, it was one of the best gigs I have even had the pleasure of being involved with.

I think you will find that Rock Candy don't have the rights to put the tracks onto Amazon/ITunes. RC licence these CD's for reissue into the UK market only and the digital rights are still kept by the original owner of the copyright.
