I really like Euphoria, but I'd have removed To Be Alive (which is boring) and replaced it with I Am You're Child. Hope Leppard can get another album out soon. One of their big problems is years between albums, loses them traction. "Def Leppard" album was superb (maybe 2 duff tracks) but some killer tunes on that album and they should've capitalized on that.

Never really liked Punk that much, but I do own the Sex Pistols album and some modern "punk" like Greenday, which I don't really consider to be Punk music.

Seems to be a big thing. Francis Rossi (Status Quo) has done similar this year.

Can't think of many with a 10 year gap. Whitesnake - Good To Be Bad - love that album The Corrs - White Light - love that album too, but not rock Take That - Beautiful World - another non-rock come back that was excellent and ditched the cheesy musical style of their past.

I'm another who enjoys Van Halen III. The production/mix on it, however, is shite!

Def Leppard - Tear It Down I prefer it to the overly produced version on Adrenalize (still like that version too)

I've only ever met Status Quo. They were all great except for Francis who may have been having an off day, though he does come across as a bit of a knob in interviews..... Rick Parfitt had a very warm likeable presence about him.

Interesting that X by Def Leppard and Presto by Rush are mentioned. I also love those albums.

Status Quo from the mid 80's to late 90's. Didn't make me take a break from them, but I know several people who did. They released mostly dog shit albums, especially late 80s and early to mid 90's (though there are gems on almost all of them), but the cover albums were shit. Rock Til You Drop (1991) was a gem of an album in the middle of all of that. Fortunately they found themselves aga

I think it depends on how "BIG" the band is. Bands like AC/DC, Fleetwood Mac and the Rolling Stones can get away with long periods away, be it live or album releases

I liked the odd song but not really a fan. However, interesting the comparison to Kay Perry, who's first 3 albums I have liked (with the odd crap song on) and have seen her live (which was entertaining).
