I need to give Dare a listen. Not heard any of their stuff. My favourite song for the moment (and has been for a while) is Def Leppard: Wings Of An Angel - I just love that song.

Sounds alright. Nothing ground breaking but decent enough, the beginning and end riff is cool.

My CD player has my phone holder stuck in it (they are near). I also use a 64Gb USB stick and have way too much music that I forget what is on there :D My CD's go up in the attic in a box, but I still prefer to buy CD's than digital.

Yes great to see Adler up there, and he looked and sounded good. I have literally just listened to his band "Adler"'s album "Back From The Dead" - pretty decent album.

If you want to try something melodic but softer, try The Corrs new album "White Light" - brilliant album.

DL have a tendency never to pick the best songs. Why was "Now" the lead song from X? Why was "Promises" released the same week as Euphoria Why wasn't "Wings Of An Angel" or "Dangerous" not lead song for Def Leppard? That said "Def Leppard" is a cracking album

Addy, same for me. Some that I may not necessarily dig. Some already mentioned: Biffy Clyro Muse Nickelback Foo Fighters I am sure there are more but it's morning and my brain is foggy :) these are the types of bands the next generation will consider legendary when/if they are going into their 50's/60's

Met Status Quo at an album signing. Rick Parfitt was a really nice bloke as was their bassist Rhino and the other guys.....except my original idol.....Francis Rossi - he clearly did not want to be there.

Surprised to see Good To Be Bad so low on a lot of peoples lists. I love that album. I actually only own Greatest Hits, Good To Be Bad & Forevermore so I couldn't rank them and maybe the others are really that much better.....

He had an incident in 2002/3 too, as I went to see him the following January when he returned - he was awful live.
