RAB Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Nearly 30 Kiss shows, mostly in the front row and > I've never caught one at their shows. Wow really RAB? I’ve seen nearly 30 also and only been front row twice. The other time was front row gene side at one of their Vegas residency shows. I got a Tommy pic thrown at me (I was wearing an Ace airbrush tee) and my brot

I pulled about 5 picks straight off Paul Stanley’s guitar in Melbourne 2004. I was front row at their in your face show at the palais theatre and he kneeled straight in front of me, so I thought what the hell...grabbed a handful and then handed a few of those to a couple behind me.

Can very much hear Shinedown here, which I don’t mind at all. Personally their last album I hated. Only listen to it a handful of times and I found that torturous. Much prefer this.

I also think I read that Tyler refused to let KISS use the catwalk stage on that tour.

Totally agree Melodic Music Fan. A sensational band with a killer vocalists. Very consistent since Sultans Of Sin.

It’s good, but I think the last 4 tracks are the weaker on the album.

Geez, I had hopes for this (not sure why), but it seems like it’s gonna bring disappointment once again. The first 3 albums + World Upside Down (where James was hungry again) will go down as their greatest releases. HOL nowadays do sound like a band going through the motions. It’s a shame coz they have a good band, but the songs just aren’t strong enough and the production of their recen

Omg, how bad my “immigrant song”.....my god. Mark might be able to now play guitar better than Vinnie, but he can no longer sing better lol.

If this doesn’t send multiple countries into recession, nothing will. Yep, the implications of this virus will be huge financially from tours being canned, to NBA put on hold....it’s real folks...it’s VERY real.

I was 6 (1978) and went to my older cousins house (in his 20’s) with parents and brother. We went into his music room and he told us we could play any LP we liked, so we starting sifting through his LP’s. At this stage we had only been listening to some of mums LP’s like ABBA and Elvis. We came across an LP by a band called KISS titled “Destroyer” and thought the album looked pretty awe

Alaskaman, that’s pretty much how I see this new album as well. Not instant like United, and although the vocals, musicianship, and production are all of a very high quality, the songs don’t grab me like the awesome United release. A solid album nonetheless though.

Also agree, not as immediate as united, where I loved every song. Hopefully it will be a grower, but only hearing 4-5 standouts atm.

M3 wouldn’t want a band like H.e.a.t cos they wouldn’t want them upstaging all their regular acts....which of course they would.

A jean Beauvoir/Paul Stanley unreleased song from the late 80’s has been recorded by Lordi for their new album released late January. “Like a bee to the honey” features a Michael Monroe sax solo. Loving this...pretty cool and fits lordi’s idea for their new album perfectly. https://youtu.be/g10El-y5-Dc Jean also wrote a new song with Lordi titled “Scream Demon” which will

Sounds good, but probably not as strong as the first 2 released. Blows the last album out of the water already. Great return to form...so far.
