Or maybe best to sum it to the ones who handle the business for the bands...99.9% of the time its not up to us where we play or want to, its where things can be attained and guaranteed to earn the ones putting up the risk factor of said bookings and guarantees. Add to that, most bands only know of the major cities in their geographical touring knowledge...if you asked me where else in France I

I know, I was saying generally speaking, everyone has an opinion and entitled to it...thats what it was more about. But from my experience, it is exactly as I stated, everyone wants to find flaws in things that are loved by the masses and vice versa...carry on :)

Remember eveyone, opinions are like assholes...if an album was shit, there might be more defenders but if it's great, others want to shit on it :)

Quite the lack of interest to this thread as strangely I have been asked numerous times when I would return to the UK, seems there is little on this board anymore...should I bother with UK dates? I was hoping for more of a triumphant return really...

Robbie is an old bud from LA and a hell of a singer, nice to see his name spoken about finally in a real way, seems this gig got him a little kickoff to some more notoriety, awesome!!!

Billy Joel said it best, only the good die young! I am saddened by this loss, White Sister was one of the 1st bands I got to see on the Strip in LA once I was old enough to get into a club there. Don't Say That You're Mine is one of my all time fave AOR songs and I remember being in awe when I saw them play it back in the early 80's. Through the years, I befriended Sir Dennis and it was a plea

When they sign bands like Whitesnake, Mr Big, Extreme, Yes and Journey, they're no longer a minor, thats how :)

It's rarely EVER the artists doing, we sign Masters deals and the labels own the Masters giving them the rights to do as they will when they will...blame us artists when we release the albums on our own vanity labels and gouge the fans with bonus stuff but the rarity there is we dont own the labels....or these decisions!

Andrew hides that 2nd head well...me and my bandmates have seen it though, it is a very angry head when having to deal as tour manager for us lot...still snicker at it poking out of his shoulder back on that tour of Oz!

What's sad is the whole denial thing...how easily they have forgotten I was inducted their permanent singer, the multitude of interviews I read or heard being done where my role was being praised, the fact that my 'personality' was an issue where I did nothing but respect and was humbled to be in that band....all forgotten. Even the 'kinda helps us out thing' is such a rude slap in the face but o

This was one of my fave albums of all time when it came out...I listened to it religiously wondering how this band was not world renown...yes, a bit cheesy today but fine AOR album for its time!

Yes, Steve Ouimette, I did some of those video game tunes with him (All My Life - Foos, Falling Away From Me - Korn), very cool guy and talented musician!! Still use Hit Squad as my phone ring tone, monster album, turned so many people onto it when it came out and still today....Eric Valentine is a killer producer as well...ok, enough fan-boy gushing!

Sorry all, Slam stuff wont be for sale anytime soon, I had partners in the songwriting end of this stuff and wont do anything behind their backs to make a quick buck nor do I have the desire to hunt them down for permission to sell a few copies...for now it remains within the crappy boots you have, apologies! I have a pretty good copy of all songs :) Slam was a dream project for me actually, I was totally into Dan Reed Network, Extreme and Prince so to escape my 'metal' side, this project was the epitome of where my head was at during the early 90's. Actually I'll go down the line with the songs we did, some may be missing from the blasted boot (hell, nothing is sacred and eventually makes someo
