I've got that one too. The 2nd disc is an acoustic Live in Singapore. I think it was recorded on the Vault promotional tour? I saw them in Melbourne do the same set around that time - ran for about 45 minutes or so then there was a meet 'n greet. They played at The Elephant & Wheelbarrow in St. Kilda.

R.I.P. Clive. A great drummer - he will be sadly missed, and fondly remembered. Glad I got to see him live on their first tour of Oz.

I'm with you Benno. I don't hate Tattoo. Especially after seeing the vid where Dave explains the lyrics. As for a fave - I can't really decide but You & Your Blues and Stay Frosty certainly do it for me.

RIP Jani. Saw Warrant in Melbourne in '91 and it changed my perception of the band. A great frontman, and a great songwriter.

The whole thing of VH appearing at this was a case of "Ï'll believe it when I see it", so no big surprise really. Makes this organiser guy look like a knob though.

Here's hoping for a quick recovery. As far as I know his new album is in the can and awaiting a release date. It is called The Unusual Suspects and has the following guest appearances: Billy Gibbons, Slash, Zakk Wylde, Joe Bonamassa and Steve Lukather

Picked up my copy yesterday. I have only listened to it twice but already I love it. It seems more focused than the first album. I get hints of Zeppelin & Rainbow, although it doesn't overall sound like either. GH isn't over the top with his vocals and Joe B. is on fire. This will be one of the candidates for my album of the year.

Yes get well soon Andrew. I have had an infected bursar before and it was one of the most painful things I have ever had (and I have had 2 dislocated shoulders). Take your time and don't rush the comeback!

He is a fantastic guitarist but his music is too mellow for me. If his songs were more in the style of Joe Bonamassa I would be a big fan. Killer guitarist though.

Hmmm. No side show would be a bummer. The only other band on there I would like to see is Alice, and he was out here not long ago. Outdoor festivals - I hate em! But VH with Dave. Decisions decisions.

I think the album is great. I am a big fan of Joe but this is quite different for him. The album takes a few listens to fully appreciate, so I don't get people who are slagging it off based on 30 second samples or by listening to a bit of it. Some people have the attention span of a goldfish. If you don't like it fair enough but at least give it a chance. It is not a catchy album laden with hook

I actually like BCC. There are a couple of songs that don't work for me but the rest is great. It is a grower so it takes a few listens to really get into it. Certainly the best of the recent 'Supergroup' albums.

Thin Lizzy - Live And Dangerous. Quite possibly my favourite album of all time. And another vote for Throwing Copper :-) Brilliant album - one of the few 'modern' rock albums from the '90's that has stood the test of time for me.

Sounds great Andrew. They sound like the type of band that Triple J/Rage play - might be worth a shot to try and get airplay there? As soon as I return to the ranks of the employed I will order it.

Take your binoculars if you get a Silver ticket at Etihad Stadium. Saw AC/DC there earlier this year and I will never go to another rock concert there again. Once bitten and all that................. The package prices are ridiculous but I have no doubt they will sell them. I have seen BJ a dozen or so times over the years and there is no way they will be better than some of those shows, so I
