Can't say that I actually care that much, but at least it's known here in Europe.

Still, I think there's no doubt that Bon Jovi are more famous overall. They simply had more radio hits and their music is better suited for the 'big mass'.

Everything you meant to me! How could I forget this one? Easily the best ballad of the year!

I also like the more melodic albums, but on every JSS album are at least one or two titles I really like. I appreciate how many different things you are doing, Jeff. Keep one like that - I don't feel like there's a loss of interest for you.

I'd say Jim Peterik He had/has his own bands Ides of March, Survivor, Pride of Lions (and more) I will not even try to mention all the other artists he worked with and wrote for Most people don't even know that he wrote some of their favourite 80's hits

I also checked it out immediately. Just like you, I can't really define whom this voice reminds me of... A little bit like Dennis Ward maybe?

For me 1. Midnite City 2. Pride Of Lions 3. Scherer Batten 4. Stan Bush 5. Harem Scarem 6. Heat 7. Mr Big Target would be somewhere in the list if it was really a new album (if only because of the voice)

I noticed this too... even if he doesn't sing live, he seems to really feel the lyrics. I don't think you can fake a look that shows such a depth. PS: I agree that In Good Faith and Can't Let You Go are the best songs on WSC. Also really like How Much Love.

Well, the question stands in the topic. Survivor - In Good Faith 1987 The vocals seem a little “too perfect“for being live. If it is playback, Jimi is a very good actor.

I'd say it's sort of a tribute for Jimi

Have to disagree - I think Dave did a good job considering that he could have made it easier for himself by only doing songs that were originally written for him.

Can you tell me something about this “eye of the writer“ acoustic album by Jim Peterik? I couldn't find any information about that. Maybe it was the working title of “the songs“?

What's this Foreigner album under “2017“? It's not the anniversary album they've released?

I actually tried to like their albums... They are ok, but in most cases not more for me. Yet, sure I will try again :-) Can't deny their musical abilities though (especially Perry's voice)!

Journey - they are considered THE aor band, but I only like some of their hits such as Don't Stop Believing, Stone In Love, Seperate Ways etc.
