What I hear is "don't worry about red skies". Probably wrong, cause I don't see what that would mean.

If you tell us what song and line you're referring to, maybe we could find it out all together.

Objectively (as far as you can speak of objectivity in music) Stranger is the better album. Still I'd rather listen to Blaze most of the times. Along with Keep the Faith, it features Jon's best vocal performances and has some outstanding tracks (Santa Fe, Blood Money, Blaze of Glory, Justice in the Barrel,...)

Jimi Jamison - because he's my favorite singer and left us way too early. And though I never met him, everyone says that he was a nice and humble guy. Mike Tramp - Speaking of nice and humble. I'd love to hear some of his stories and I love his sense of humor. Ted Poley - To convince him not to resign in one and a half year ;-) Meat Loaf and Richard Marx - To lean back and enjoy their co

Glad you're not offended. I absolutely agree with you that it's no merely 'eastern' thing. That's why I said in my original post that NO culture should do that. I may be many things but I'm certainly not racist. I know that animals aren't treated all too well in Europe where I come from, not in the US or anywhere else on this planet. Furthermore, I don't blame Chinese people for eating animals

I absolutely don't think that. Wasn't supposed to come across that way. Your post implicated that it was PART of their culture. I am not the right person to judge if this is true, but IF it

No culture, no way of life should include or be based on torturing living beings. However, speaking of 'dirty Chinese' like in the post you responded to, is straightforward racism and should

Adams, on the other hand, only blames those who are really responsible.

In what is probably my favorite Pride of Lions song, Reckless Love, Toby Hitchcock does the chorus while Jim Peterik sings the verses. Can anyone tell me what he's saying at the beginning of the second verse? (about 1:40) [?] with hearts behind the wheel Each touch was ours to steal The streets turned [?] Thanks for your help - that's been floating in my head for a few days now!

Like you said, it's a totally subjective matter. I've said before on this board that while Perry is technically a formidable singer, I just can't enjoy his voice that much (all that howling, especially on the earlier albums, is driving me insane). That being said, it's not like I hate him or Journey. But there are other singers whose voices I do enjoy much more (Bryan Adams, David Coverdale,

Don't know why that band just doesn't grab me. I SHOULD love it, especially as I love other artists that are doing very similar music. But I didn't bother with their first album, and I don't bother now. Maybe it's the singer? Or maybe the songs are just a little bit too bland for me.
