I reckon most bands would sell their mothers to have songs like "The Threat" and "In a darkened room" on their album! However "Subhuman race" was utter shite!!

Is it just me or did others find it strange that you don't seem to have to have the option of paying for a 3 day ticket at once rather than fannying about with an instalment scheme?

An absolutely fantastic live act who I would recommend to anyone. Seen them loads of times in tiny Belfast pubs and they always treat it like they're at Madison square garden Unmissable at Rockingham!

Iremember heading over to see Y&T at the Bristol thelka in 2007.The thelka is a boat cum music venue and after a great gig me and a pal went outside for a smoke where we encountered Mr Kennemore......he was full of craic and we had a great chinwag for over half an hour until he realised he had been locked out of the venue..he had to wave furiously at Dave Meneketti to get his attention to get

Frankly,'74's "Quo"is their high water mark by a country mile mostly an album composed by Lancaster/Parfitt....and all the better for it, imho!......and of course the '77 live album is pleasure personified! Of course, they went a bit wobbly in the '80s (some albums were pure dung!....believe me,i bought most of them!) but you cant go wrong with "Heavy Traffic" and "4th

Ilove his new wave albums from flush the fashion through to DaDa. DaDa would be the best of the bunch,it sounds like nothing else ive heard before or since....and Alice claims he cant even remember the recording of it since he was still hard on the booze in those days. As for the older albums, its gotta be "Goes to hell"

My favourites would be "Going for the one" and "Drama"....both great,in their own way. Never been a fan of 90125....really dated production.

Totally understand that,Terry......there's precious little that upsets me more than a stonking album ruined by a sub-par production...especially drums!....nothing worse than shoddily recorded drums!

I would go on to youtube and see if you can find a posting of "Save your prayers".....Dannys only album with Waysted, and to be frank, the album that made his reputation! I've always believed that his vocal performance on this opus easily equals "Don't come easy".

Sweet lord!......if Danny Vaughn isn't a great singer, then the moon is a great big fucking balloon!......Ridiculous talk, altogether! But it really needs to be said, folks, that if you're disappointed that this album is not up to the standards of the debut, then you are also the kind of person who is upset when their lottery numbers don't come up on a Saturday night! Best since "Strenght in nu

Sweet Jesus, thats a bit rich from Phil Collins imho, a friend of mine met him on a plane coming into Belfast to do a TV Show and asked him for an autograph for his missus (or so he told me!!)and he was sweetly told to "Fuck off!" A very good case of "Hello....I must be going!"

I must admit im over the moon at this.......been a massive fan of the man since I was 11 years old. I always thought his purple patch was from '71 through to '78, he really could do no wrong. For anyone wanting to delve into his back catalogue, I would recommend "Blonde on blonde"('66), Planet Waves ('73),Blood on the tracks ('75), Desire ('76) and "Street Legal ('78).
