Nice one - thanks for that DCD. I'm sure there would be an interest in a crowd funding option if you decide to go that way - definitely count me in whatever and wherever - thanks for taking the time to reply - appreciated. I can run off and be a 51 year old fan boy now cos I spoke to a hero lol!

Any news on the possible remaster or deluxe reissue of White Sister's "Fashion By Passion"? I know there were several options possible, just wondering if there was any news or progress...? Would seriously love to give such an incredible album the sonics it deserves. (And remove the Beatles song - lol)

Count me in for sure. Any tour has to include the "Samurai" track though and the set has to close with "Keep On Believing"

And Blue Oyster Cult and Ted 'not a controvertial bone in my body' Nugent Danny only said something like 2...filling some big shoes and bringing some big f***ing shoes of his own...Mr Greg Smith" so I couldn't deduce if it's permanent or not, but it would be very cool if it was

I took my 19 year old god-daughter to see them. I have never missed a tour since Waysted supported Quo in 1986, but it was her first Tyketto show and she was utterly blown away. Great to see Greg Smith as the new bass player, which I didn't know about beforehand. Not sure if he's filling in or permanent but he played like a fiend and seemed to be having a great time.

With apologies to their many fans, but don't get the big deal with Thunder, though strangely I did like Terraplane back in the day. And (dons tin hat) don't really get the big deal about Zep and Floyd either

VERY early days...had a C120 and would tape and listen to the show til the news at 11pm, then turn the tape over and go to bed, so I would have something else to listen to the following day. I used to love that show so very much and dear old Tommy and his crazy mannerisms were part of that. So many cool sessions and live stuff, a very few of which I still have!!

Seemingly another attack on life and lifestyle when some cretin in an upstairs hotel window empties clip after clip of bullets from some kind of assault rifle into an audience watching a music festival. No news as to whether it's Islamic or domestic yet... Thoughts and prayers are with everybody there and surrounding, and a fervent hope that the body count stays at the current 2 and tha aut

Can't see it being any time soon as the boxed set of 1987 will be out to ensure it gets on a few xmas want lists. Can't see them risking folk making a choice between new material and familiar classics in a lovely box set...

I agree entirely - every word. Special word also for the first band of the night. Hungdrawn. Possibly the worst support band I have seen in the last 20 years

Gene obviously no longer inhabits the real world. Will even the KISS uber-collectors go for this as not much of the stuff is Kiss related by the look of it. I would LOVE to know how many get bought...

...yeah...I live in Manchester and I can see his ego from here. I am sure there will be half a dozen uber collectors, who having already bought the £12K pinball table, the coffin and all the gods know what all else, would be only too happy to splurge ANOTHER truck load of money on a Gene fest. Has nobody heard the unreleased tracks, so often bootlegged?? "Feels like heaven" with

I heartily concur - a decent amount of product for the pennies in the Snake box, plenty of which is titally new / unreleased. Sadly the Leppard is hugely overpriced. Such a wasted chance.

Alas the general puvblic at large may never get to hear this, as bands only seem to go places today when they are spoon fed to the punters. As fabulously talented as these hombres obviously are (saw them last time in Manchester, and will be there again in September) they don't have the qualifying criteria - they are not between 12 and 20 (sorry guys), they do not all look the same, they have neve

Not for me, and I really wanted this to be cool The witty lyric isn't there, the hook isn't there and there is no monster chorus. It might be 'acceptable' but it's hardly in the same box as "Turn Up The Radio" is it? Cheese? Possibly, but it used to pack the dance floor quicker than greased weasel schmitt. Desperately missing the talents of Mr Plunkett - this would not have reache

I admit, I didn't like Vixen, they always smacked of being constructed from want ads in a 'stage' magazine to me, however talented the individuals may have been.In this case the whole was substantially LESS than the sum of the parts. I only heard this because someone else was talking / asking about it. Foul. And that IS my constructive criticism. If you only listen to one song, (which yo

I'm assuming it's real, but only cos of Shannon Tweed 's reaction etc, but Photoshop is a wonderful thing. If it's real, then as you say, he looks significantly better than he does in the one made of sink scourers and camel pubes he is usually seen in. The kabuki style stage thing is totally obvious, and expected, as is Paul's...erm...assistance, but he'll never go public on the rug unles
