Must be the grumpy old man in me, but annoys me when bands announce a 'World Tour' and then miss one, if not more, major continents. Would love to see Avantasia in Australia but doubt it will ever happen. Forum: Noticeboard
Was holidaying in UK a few years back following a trip the the Sweden Rock Festival. We bought tickets for a Journey concert that was happening towards the end of our stay but somehow we lost track of the days while touring and arrived at Cardiff (the venue for the concert) and were met with a fairly empty carpark. It seemed we'd lost a day during our holidaying and arrived at the gig a day late. Forum: Noticeboard
Do a 'Who framed Roger Rabbit' and have the superherogirl from the CD cover play bass dressed in her spandex costume. (Okay,so that might have been the testosterone talking). Forum: Noticeboard
Just picked this up yesterday (takesa while toget some things in regional Australia), but it was well worth ther wait. Loved it from the first listen. Right up there with Halestorm as my CD of the year. Forum: Noticeboard
Was just watching a live Keith Urban dvd and was onceagain blown away by what a sensational guitarist he is. Would really love to see him do a full-blown classic rock CD. Just wondering if there are any other musical genres you'd like to see 'get their rock on.' Forum: Noticeboard
Think JLT should give a certain Mr Blackmore a call. (Yes I know it's boyond the realms of possibility, just my wishful thinking on overdrive) Forum: Noticeboard
