I'm seeing "Slaughter" this summer. I am going in with low expectations.

Maybe the best TV I have ever watched. McConaughey was unbelievable.

Yeah she was great. Probably came onto the (solo) scene too late.

I haven't seen them since 2006 and they were lights out then. Sounded fantastic.

I'm looking forward to seeing what BVS stands for myself. When I first saw the track title "Critter" on their last album I wondered what the song could possibly be about. When I saw a live version pre-release, I busted a gut.

Huge fan of the band, but the song is nothing special. The video however, is on repeat.

I hear ya. The three new songs are better than anything off the last couple albums for me.

I'm surprised there isn't alot of chatter about this. Is everyone enjoying it? I quite like it. I do find myself expecting many of the little nuances to Pete's playing or the drumming and then when I don't hear them on the updated version I think "well where did that go?", but overall I think it's fantastic. I do prefer the vocals on the original Sentimental Blvd I will say, but t

Imagine Regret with Kotzen on guitar and Daryl Hall on vocals. Makes total sense. Actually, Kotzen on Hall's show would be immense.

I'm digging the album. Regret is a fantastic album closer. You Saved Me could have been the best song the album. Amazing verses and I love the riff but the chorus is a bit of a let down. Really could have been epic IMO.

I find it interesting because Warrant's best guitar playing is on Dog Eat Dog which seems to have been done by Allen and Turner. Guess they were a little more experienced by then, too.

I found it interesting the one guitarist was playing a signature series Washburn Nuno. You don't see pros playing someone's sig model very often.

I absolutely love Steel Panther. I still crank the crap out of Just Like Tiger Woods. Probably their best overall song.

I love VOR too...just not as much as Mood Swings. I would rank it better than anything they released after it, though. I think the samples sound pretty good. I do sort of agree about No Justice. But it's alright.

Somewhat related - I'm seeing Starship in August. Saw them a couple years back and me and everyone in the crowd was blown away how good they were. Just tons of energy and crowd was feasting on it.

I like the first five songs on Goodbye Lullaby, but then it drops off a cliff for me. I feel the same way about The Best Damn Thing. If you could combine those two half-albums into one, it would be great. I like Let Go. I consider Under My Skin a monster.

Not so much a physical soundtrack, but the first Harem Scarem album was featured predominantly in a Canadian TV show which is where I first heard the band. Next day I ordered the CD from my small town record store. The guy working there was like "Who?"

Totally agree with Robert. Mudkicker and Psycho Love are fillers but not horrible. The rest of the album is just beastly. Much prefer it over the debut, which I do like.

Agreed on Far Beyond Driven - that's my fav album of theirs but I wouldn't start there as it's a swift kick in the nuts compared to their other work. I'm a huge fan, probably in my top 5 bands. I rank them this way: Far Beyond Driven Vulgar Display of Power The Great Southern Trendkill (those three are complete metal classics IMO) Cowboys From Hell Reinventing the Steel I consid
