I am surprised that German Television aired "Def Leppard: And There Will Be A Next Time" (okay: one hour from it) already on New Years eve about 1 1/2 month before the actual release! http://www.3sat.de/mediathek/?mode=play&obj=63738 (Didnt know this was not even out yet!)

WOW Terry! Almost forgot about that CD (which was sent to me at least five (?) years ago. Can remember I played two tracks in my radio show. ("Shoot to thrill" by them I am sure, the other one most likely "For those about to rock") Awesome singer! And Very good cover/tribute band - one of the best together with The Iron Maidens. CD was produced by Kelly Hansen btw. I

Watched this (Video of the 'The End' - see thread below) New Years Eve early in the morning with a friend, both were too drunk to turn that terrible non-singer off, friend fall asleep, once again realised: without the pyros, chicks dancing and stage effects they are just SAD and boring and also thought when I heard that "Rock'n'Roll Pedofile-Part wahtever": WTF?!? http://metalsludge.

Amazing cover just like any other covers they did! Always liked this song since it came out (when? 1988) and HALESTORM continues to release great cover stuff along their own material! ( I wish some day they would release ALL their covers on ONE Reanimate 1-3 and throw in Lita Fords "Blueberry", CHASTAINs "Voice of the cult", Vixen's "Cryin'" and Phantom Blue's &qu

German TV station 3Sat does the "Rock around the clock" thing here every Silvester as an end of the year celebration and shows concert videos by bands. Since these days not only german viewers can watch this, I thought I would give this hint for anybody before, after (or maybe even while) celebrating tomorrow. List is quite interesting this year, some MR-related examples: Star

Its funny but I think we had this same thread twice actually here :-) ;-) Ok, I got only one (from f**kin' Madonna out of all possible (!) that got sent to me for I don't know what! - was a rock writer for a long time) Maybe I should start looking if that is actually worth something. Just did and it was a Germany promo only... Got three shaped disks (which is a different thing, Paul, I

Big fan here, so I got (almost) evrything. Favorite period would be the Seventies, but also enjoyed QUO5 later on until 2016. Fave 3 albums would be: - Live - Quo - On the level @ BMG: Please check out the "Quid pro Quo" album including Rick Parfitts song "Let's Rock".

I am Late as of Christmas holidays and just read this now (27.12.) that is sad. I was on that tour too, twice actually, MALICE supporting Slayer in 1987 or 86? Saw them in Essen and met the band, cool guys, and we arranged an interview for one of the following gigs, but they got booed off too hard and left the tour in between! Came to Stuttgart and Destruction had taken over! But MALICE send

Got into them in 1978 and it never was the same anymore. Saw the band with Rick about 40 times and one (last) time without him last month. It just wasn't the same, his spirit and stage presence is missing! Always liked his humor and attitude and the melancholy of his songs, too many to mention. (SQRR - Status Quo Rock Radio here - just celebrated Rick with a 2 1/2 hours special and many of his

One and only album, "State of confusion": Just listen to the title track, still like it after all those years, if you like that the 2nd song "Tears". (Have played those 2 in my radio-show.) Very underrated imho. Full album here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUTdI16ewUU

That's nice to see so much love for Lee Aaron (one of my alltime fave singers) here after some hate for the current album. Missed her return @ Sweden Rock about 2-3(?) years back and now Rockingham, but somehow I knew if she's doing it, she does it RIGHT!!! And so it was!!! The voice: Still there! The look: Still there! The musicianship: Very good! The sound: Recreated! Thats how y
