Wow, what a great record! Can remember listening to it with Chris Leibundgut in LA who did an interview with them for Rock Hard, the only one interview I can remember with this long forgotten band !

I apologize, Terry. I have the album here since about 2 months. Didn#t want to brag if that comes across to you like I am. Best rock record 2013 so far in my opinion.

PLEASE watch this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGEiA80ZL08 The website (in my country, where I was linked to this) asked: When did YOU helped a stranger like this last time ? A lot of Russians have a camera on their car (to film in case of an accident) Those clips show a total different side of the Russians as portrayed by the matrix-media, they show them NOT as alcoholics, NOT as

Finally "upgraded" that with the Remastered CD from the 2010 series. "Innocence is no excuse" came out in 1985 and was considered to be more polished and aiming at the US market (according to the new liner notes 133 on Billboard was their highest ever entry...) Ok, we can say we have two fillers "Devil rides out" and "Raise some hell" (just like on

Moving, if I remember correctly Dave (Meniketti) himself has considered those three Black Tiger and Mean Streak and Earthshaker the best three they had done or similar in his own words (too lazy to dig out the rereleases he did a few years back) so can't remember the band saying they didnt like the sound..maybe they were (as Twisted Sister have complained about Stay Hungry cos of the sound - 20 y

The album IS terrible, has no soul, no creativity; the remakes with the drum-computer are an insult! That is NOT the album GT wants to make, but the one he thinks fans would like to have from him! WORST album 2013 I have to hear (and I am checking out a lot!) That is NOT a Queensryche album, the guy was FIRED from Queensryche, damnit !!! ( We will see in November when that clown has to stop

GET IT !!! One of the best (if not the best!) formations vocally of the planet, they can do ANYTHING live what other bands have on pre-recorded tapes. I am a big fan and thought I had everything they had released, seems not so. There was a DVD on "Homegrown" which was a repackaged DVD from the Live at the Royal Carre Theatre in Amsterdam; this I believe is a newer recording from Ho

When he was in STYX, Glen Burtnik could do this song within the set (around 2000 or so) and was announced by Tommy Shaw with: "This guy had a number one with that song." Being Patty Smyth is my favorite female singer it was awesome to witness that, very glad, almost had a tear in my eye, well ok I had!

In my town there was (still is) a local band called HEAVEN AND HELL since 1992, of course long before the DIO fronted Black Sabbath renamed them. http://www.metalcon.de/heaven-and-hell They were a cover band and quite good at it, I saw them once at a Rocker-club, but also had some material of themselves, I think if I recall what their female singer told me right, they had not even tried to

Enjoy the show, Jason ! One of the best 10 live bands on the planet, I will always say this !! Have never seen Richie either, he plays very low club shows if any in Germany, he does more of them in Italy, Spain, I guess. Wish he had a higher profile here.

Hey Ronk, thats funny you say that: I am gonna see them in about 5 hours WITH John Lawton and about 5 people who are aware of this are looking forward to the show tonight as it will me oriented to his time in the band 1976 - 1979 and I actually wanted to request a song when I saw Mick Box last Sunday when he was visiting the MSG show here.

The Leatherwolf (1987) on Island for me followed closely by Street ready ( some fillers on both, the winners on those two combined would make a 100 point album by melodicrock.com rating !!! "Rise of fall" alone is an absolute masterpiece) I have them all and liked some of the stuff on World Asylum ( from 2006 or so) recorded with Wade Black, and then once again re-recorded and re

Just saw the "Piece of my heart" Cover-version thread and thinking about that I can't remember which band also did cover BAD COMPANY "Feel like making love"... It's not Dangerous Toys and not Jorn... and for the fact, NOT on this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feel_Like_Makin'_Love_(Bad_Company_song) It was a small pretty unkown band... Who was it ?!?!

As much as I like the illusion that those long-time operating bands are friends I would say in MOST cases those are business partners... ( That would be like the illusion the players of "our" Football Club - insert your team here - actually like us LOVE the club they are playing at the moment, when 99% of them would take the chance of earning even more money if a better offer comes f
