Someone posted this on Blabbermouth from Deen's short time (very short) with Ozzy in '95 ----------------------------------------------- I was reading some of Ozzy's tour diary stuff about Dean... only two shows into the tour and he was already a pain in the ass, and was fired the day after they got back to LA....ouch. He calls him "Limo Man", rofl! 26 AUGUST 1995 Flight

As you probably know, Jon Anderson & Rick Wakeman didn't play on Drama. I remember when they booted Anderson & after ALL these years says "I would have done some Drama songs". It's a rare thing a famous lead singer will cover stuff from while they were out of a band. Biggest one I know of is Steve Walsh who would sing John Elefante songs in Kansas. Most times bands make belie

It's also built into people's DNA that it just won't be Van Halen if it's not Mikey's background vocals.

I used it for Harem Scarem's Thirteen & was very happy. Even better was the boys gave the pledgers all the territorial bonus tracks.

Is he the one from when Ozzy quit the first time then when he came back he refused to sing on any music they'd written. I'm sure if they waited a day or so he wouldn't have remembered the music anyway.

Loved the doc & you could understand Frankie's frustration over finding a new singer. They did leave out one member when he was doing the "who was in Quiet Riot" montage (possible lost with all the bass players mentioned) but that was Neil Citron who played guitar in between Carlos Cavazo & Alex Grossi & played on the Rehab album. Also surprised Carlos didn't want to

That was a Sharon move, allegedly, but Ozzy does play the dimwit when it comes to business matters probably to keep himself somewhat clean of whatever proceedings are going on. Sharon replaced Daisley & Kerslake on the recordings with Robert Trujillo & Mike Bordin then some time later Ozzy says he "found out" and demanded the originals be made available again. Not so much to

Bark at the Moon being "written by Ozzy Osbourne" is universally regarded as one of the biggest jokes in music history.

I kicked in on the Pledge Music deal and grumbled a bit that Europe & Japan were getting the acoustic bonus tracks (Europe got Midnight Hours, Japan got Garden of Eden) but, lo and behold, they gave the pledgers BOTH bonus tracks. Plus, yes, well worth the wait since Hope. I can't find a bad note on it & it's been on replay since I got it.

I backed them on Pledgemusic and just keep repeating all the samples. Seems it going to be a short album (again) but Scarem is back and I'll take what I can get.

I think Jimmy Page should get Zebra to be his backing band so he can play all the Zep classics. Randy Jackson still has a great voice and they've been doing Zeppelin tribute shows forever. I could also hope then the exposure would allow Zebra to make another studio album.
