Great to see seattle get some love. I'm a Seattle fan and in an earlier thread I predicted a Seattle victory. I didn't expect the thrashing Seattle gave Denver but the D is one of the best I have witnessed as an American football follower of 30 years. I think seattle will repeat next year....

I'm from belfast and have been a Seahawks fan since 1985 (Kreig and largent!). Actually went to a Seahawks game in Seattle a couple of years ago and it was a fantastic experience. The 12th man created a fantastic atmosphere. I think the Seahawks will win the game. Here's why They play as a team and have all season. The defense is intense and exceptionally quick. The physicality of the se

Seriously BB is probably my favourite TV show ever. Amazing writing, character development, plot twists, acting and with a good dose of black humour throughout. Season one is probably the weakest (bloody goodthough) as it really takes off in season 2. Give it another go you will not regret it

I agree great record and one of the best so far this year. Surprising as I didn't like the debut at all. Nice surprise though!

I am a big daughtry fan and to be honest was disappointed with break the spell. I expected a more pop orientated album having read a few reviews so after listening wasn't surprised by the new direction. Thing is I really like it. There are some really strong songs on the album and his vocals are as fantastic as ever. I am a fan of Pink, train, And Bruno Mars so I appreciate good pop rock

Day 3 was the day I was looking forward to most. Eclipse were an excellent start. I was really impressed by Erik martensen who is a superb live singer. The band were on great form and had the crowd rocking which is no mean feat at 2pm in the afternoon on the final day. One of my favourite sets of the weekend. Brighton rock put on an enjoyable set but the singers voice isn't my cup of tea.

The sound was better on day 2. Quick review I didn't catch nation so can't comment. Von groove were very good. Professional band but I would have been happier with material from the earlier albums. That said really enjoyed the set. Heavens edge were professional and brought a lot of energy. Unfortunately I am not a fan and they didn't convert me live.I struggle with the songs and the sin

Yes witnessed this car crash of set. One of the bands i was most looking forward to as well. Kelly was clearly on something as he constantly repeated himself, forgot to use the mic and stumbled around the stage. Unfortunately he impacted in the performance of the other band members who tried valiantly to keep the show going. I have read some reviews where people have suggested it was a new int

Just my two pennies worth. Didn't catch the magnificent. Edens curse were very poor. The sound was terrible but the clich├ęd euro rock and poor vocals did nothing for me. Left after two songs. WOA are inoffensive and put in a decent performance. WET were let down a bit by poor sound with soto's vocals lost in the mix. They were very energetic and the quality of the material shone th

Saw them in Dublin and they were superb - one of the best gigs I have witnessed. Played vicar street which is a great venue and the crowd were well up for it creating a cracking atmosphere. Rob Thomas is a fantastic frontman and vocalist always engaged with crowd. So many tunes to pick from and they played about 10 tracks off north including 2 bonus tracks. North is definitely their weak

I have been to every firefest and the gig starts around twelve finishing about 10 pm. The ff crew are really efficient and the wait between bands is normally around twenty minutes. This does not leave a lot of time to get food during the day. After standing on your feet for a few hours and a few beers you get the munchies so you need to grab some food. This will mean missing all or part of

To be honest I have not really listened to any of gotthard albums since domino effect. The band did play a few songs from the new album and I thought they came across really well. I was very impressed with the new singer who in all honesty is not a million miles from Steve lee. The band have adopted a heavier sound but they put in a very energetic and polished performance which I really

I think the title of the song is "here's hoping it hurts". Came across really and I thought it ha a cool modern vibe to it. Danny described it as the band's hate song.

Made my annual pilgrimage to Firefest. Only caught the last couple of songs by ten due to a flight delay. Not really a fan but they got a great reception from the crowd. Tyketto headlined with the original lineup and put on a great show. Played three songs off the new album and they sounded great. Rest of the set was a mix of songs from strength in numbers and the classic debut. For me t

Yep seems to be the usual "too cool for school" saddo journalist with an axe to grind. They seem to be all too prevalent in the UK music press. Quite obvious he wasn't anywhere near the gig.

To me here and now is their weakest album in a few years but it still has great tracks. In fact "this means war" is one of my favourite Nickelback tracks. I am a fan so even their weakest album still streets ahead of most music out there lol.

Travelled over to Newcastle from Belfast for this gig and hands down one of the best gigs I have attended ever. I saw daughtry a few months ago in the US and was really impressed - a very tight professional outfit and they did not disappoint last night either. Great set list and the crowd seemed to really enjoy it. Nickelback get a hard time from many quarters probably because they are v

I was at the gig and although UC did not "bounce" around the stage there definitely was a lot of passion and first class musicianship on display. Marcie's voice was amazing and very few come close to that class. Youtube vids can be misleading as gig atmosphere and crowd reaction can never really be picked up plus the sound is always average at best. UC definitely were one of th

Totally agree with the previous posts about Kane's performance. I love the saints and sinners album and I had anticipated that it could have been one of the best sets as those songs were written to be played live. Kane has not played in years and it was plainly obvious from the lack of confidence and his inability to deal with the sound issues, Still the set had its moments especially i
