Never heard of these guys, but that is a great song on the front page. Even better news, the album is on Bandcamp so I don't have to pay $21 to Amazon to get a lossless copy. Thanks for highlighting Andrew!

Seeing them with my daughter as well a week from Friday in Charlotte, though I am the much bigger fan in this case. Very talented band and will miss their live shows.

I'm sure there are exceptions, but overall I couldn't agree more. I can still enjoy Kelly singing the old songs, but it comes nowhere the same level as with Lou to use your example.

The best revelation for me since I first heard The Magnificent back in 2011. Ordered the CD immediately!

Similar sentiment for me after a couple of days with the CD - not quite up to the level of the debut, but far better than their last album (which I gave up on after two weeks of trying to love it, but failing).

Not only an incredible drummer (understatement), but a fascinating writer as well. Very talented human being.

Hard to properly judge from the samples, but it seems to be missing a couple of faster paced songs to even out the tempo of the album. Surprisingly, vocals still sound terrific after all these years.

Toto is one of those bands that I really came to appreciate the older I got and could recognize the depth of the songs beyond the radio staples. The musicianship and song structures just really stand up over time, even with the style changes that naturally happened over the decades.

Used to be an iTunes devotee for years as I liked the simplicity of the interface and managing music onto iPhones/iPods from both Windows and Mac systems. However, I grew frustrated with its naming/file management limitations and strange errors when rescanning my collection, so I tested alternatives and ended up buying MediaMonkey Gold. I also would recommend Helium Music Manager for large collec

I love reading rock biographies and this was an absolute surprise to me in terms of its high quality. Dee is obviously a gifted story teller and that really comes through in the book. The book reads just like Dee speaks so it is a very easy, amusing read and I highly recommend it. I get all of my books 2nd hand off of Amazon and literally paid two dollars and change for my hard cover copy.

I enjoyed it and just finished it recently so it is still fresh in my mind. Much more straight ahead storytelling rather than some of the other over the top rock bios I'v read. Well worth it.

Absolutely one of my two or three favorite releases of the past 5 years. Still listen to it regularly and have been anxiously awaiting the follow up.

Got my copy in the mail yesterday and have listened to it through three times so far. While not as immediate as Karma in terms of sing along choruses, I think it is a very deep album and will have staying power. One thing is for sure - these guys can certainly play their instruments as well as anyone. Just some amazing performances and you get an interesting 30 minute look into it with the del

Because I absolutely loved the first album, I gave what the hell repeated listens and just could not connect with it. The only song that stayed in my head was the title track and it was more of an annoying ear worm type of stay. :) So much talent in the band that #3 HAS to be better!

I really like it and am immediately reminded of the Tony Harnell Starbreaker albums in terms of the heavier change of direction. Of course, I am extremely biased as JSS is simply THE man and everything he does is pure class.

So my question is this: it's 199x and you hear a couple of these songs on the radio (e.g. Love will break your heart and/or The hills have eyes). Do you think it's actually Def Leppard and do they become hits? I personally love what these guys have done and rather than making it some kind of joke, they actually put a LOT of heart and effort into these songs. Well done and a must buy for me.

While I've only heard the lead single from the new one, after the last album I became convinced that he really takes them to the next level as the songs have a bit more power to me.

I just love these guys. James and the band really know how to deliver exactly what their fans love about HoL - and the guy just sounds amazing vocally!

It's Maiden by a long shot for me and it all comes down to greatly preferring Dickinson over Halford.

My only reaction is: it took 11 years to pull together this??? Tom Scholz is both a genius and his own worst enemy.

Peter does have a point - these guys at this age definitely have a face for radio, not video. :) Having said that, talent is talent and quality is quality - and they have that in spades.

Because I still play it quite regularly, I would have to go with the Signal album as well. Top shelf stuff and a shame only the one.

I would have the RTZ track "Face the music" in my top 12 - just a great performance in a more straight ahead rock format.

This was WELL worth the wait (and the $125 Pledge investment) and I can't stop listening to it! Interestingly, my personal favorite so far is Evermore, but frankly there is not a single song I skip - it is all such high quality and certainly my favorite album from these guys.
