the ONLY reason I want to see Tate live this go-round is because Tichy is playing drums, Sass Jordan will be singing the Suite Sister Mary parts......and Sass/Tichy's new band S.U.N. is opening. Tate's shot voice and Sarzo looking like an idiot on stage I can do without

Hey Andrew, I follow you and Eddie on Twatter and saw the recent exchange about MRF3. I always saw Eddie as a true fan and champion of keeping AOR music visible, but it would seem he is pretty much a douche-nozzle. I guess looking at it, he really does tend to focus on the "same old bands" and seldom ventures outside of that safe zone.

Long time ryche fan and I really like what i've heard from the Todd La Torre fronted version so far. And given his actions and the mess he has had trying to get a new cd out first, I didnt expect much from Tate's Ryche. But i have to say I kinda like 'Cold"..... Cold

Looks like I missed the thread a few days ago about 'best of lists" for 2012. I am not one to have LONG lists, but 2 standouts for me would be THE Eclipse & TanGO Down releases, with Tango Down being my fave of the year. That one has not left my car player since it arrived.

Received my copy of Identity Crisis yesterday and i was blown away from the first track. I have always liked Reece since Eat the Heat, but none of his later releases did it for me like E.T.H. After a few spins I can say that Identity Crisis is (IMHO) every bit as good as E.T.H. Big guitars....big choruses.....big production. This one is definately VERY crankable! And in the days of downloads

During an interview that aired on last night's (Friday, July 13) edition of Eddie Trunk's "Friday Night

If the clips are anything like their American Idol appearance, I agree....Broadway-ish in a tacky way. But I am sure they intended that after the success of Rock of Ages. Its a shame too.... Not slamming it.....just disapointed. And for the record, I am huge JSS fan and a huger Queen fan.
