No, I don't use Firefox, but for some reason it's working now. Yesterday, before I posted the issue on here, I downloaded the latest Itunes/apple software but it still didn't work. Today I tried it and it worked. Go figure. Thanks to all that responded. Very much appreciated.

Lately, when I click to play any samples via the showcases, the window for the player DOES open and moves like it's playing, but there is no audio/sound. My Quicktime software is up to date and I've never had any issues before. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris
