It does sound a little bit like Kelly Hanson but at the same time, it doesn't. I have no clue lol.

Not so much the guitar, but the little slowing down in the chorus area. Nor the vocals. The song structure kind of reminds me of them a bit

Hm. It sounds more like Foreigner then 7th Heaven! I have no clue. I don't know many artists/bands in this genre other than the bigger ones.

I haven't seen them live, but I believe they do only play around 90 minutes

I believe he is. I don't have any proof, but it wouldn't surprise me if he is. He's said he's feeling much better now

Not to mention he sounds a bit like the guy from Train at times! These guys have to get huge. They have that sound.

Seriously? You think the music is awful? I can guarantee if these guys would write and record a serious album, it would get marvelous press. Reading your comments on here, you don't seem like you really like "our" music anyways.

If you know how to use proxies, here's a link to a stream. You have to either be in Australia, or use an Aussie proxy. https://now.jbhifi.com.au/Album/1083_5060186921341 And I thought Party Like Tomorrow is the End of the World was a good song, DIdn't like Burden too much. I will say that You're Beautiful When You Don't Talk, is right now, my favorite off the album.

I love it. It's just as good as their first 2 albums, but more offensive but still the great hooks and melodies.

75/85 minutes. That's the answer to your set question. Both are playing about 75-85 minutes. So not a full set, a few songs short of a 90 minuter. That's part of the reason why I'm not sure if I'm going or not.

wow, 100 for seats near the grass? Goodness. In Indy, they're not too expensive, 125 for the best seats and about 38 for the lawn. I'm almost tempted to not buy any, and see the Goo Goo Dolls there the Tuesday after for about half the price.

I read an article from Salt Lake City, and it mentioned Night Ranger as well. But I'm wondering the same as well. Weird that there was no mention of them at all.

I can see that. Kiss usually has newer bands open for them. Heaven forbid if Live Nation let's Leppard go out on tour with a nobody. I think if they did, they'd get more younger kids to come to the shows and expose them to their music. Personally, I think people are tired of the 3 band nostalgia tours.

Yeah not so sure about that.I've never seen Kiss, but from the Youtube videos, and a lot were good quality, the stage show is excellent, but the actual show, not so much. The videos I saw, Paul can't sing at all. Def Leppard may not have the big stage show with fire and lights and stuff, but they play a lot better musically then Kiss. They sound pretty tight. Seen them 3 times and each time is be

I think we'll get an album this time around. Phil, Joe and Viv have all said an album. Heck, they're recording 16 songs, maybe we could get two different 8 song "albums" or an 11 song album in the spring, and a 5 song ep in the winter near the holiday time. Wishful thinking

I do agree that Def Leppard is the better band, by far. But next year we'll have them on their own headlining tour, with a new album and everything. So that's what I'm looking forward too, even though I'm looking forward to this tour as well

They're not opening every night. Pretty sure there is going to be a 3rd band. And, if I'm not mistaken, Kiss/Motley Crue tour, both bands got a full 90 minutes. So for this, sounds like Kiss and Def Leppard will get 90 minute sets. No need to worry, shouldn't matter who opens or closes if they both get 90 minute sets, which a lot of signs are pointing to, yes.

Joe has sounded excellent the 3 times I've seen them.He did struggle with some of the deeper cuts during Viva Hysteria, but still a lot better than a lot of singers his age.

Seriously? I've never seen Kiss, but I've seen recently videos on youtube and while the stage show is really great, Paul just I can't even understand half of what he says. Even if you're not a Def Leppard fan, you can't really say that they don't put on a heck of a show. Viva Hysteria is pretty much how they sound live night in and night out.

I'm with you! I saw NR with Journey and Foreigner back in 2011, they were excellent! Never seen Kiss, I do like quite a few of their hits. If tickets are outrageous, which I'm sure Def Lep will make sure they aren't they always like giving their fans a good price on shows, I'll definitely go to this. 3 great bands, on one bill. Sure beats seeing Poison with them again.

I'm on the same boat as Mr. Pelata. There used to be a band here in Indiana called The Elms, they recorded one a macbook, with protools and some cheap plugins, and their albums always sounded excellent.

I love it. Those guitar solos in a few of the songs, totally unexpected. There are a couple songs that I'm not a fan of, but overall it's solid.

I'm just not a big fan of the song at all. I bought it once it came out on itunes and listened twice, and I'm just not feeling it. It kind of has the same feeling as Blame it on the Boom Boom from the last album. Hopefully, the rest of it is better. I'd prefer a more Folklore and Superstition sounding album then a Deep Blue Sea one.

Which of the new ones did you see as repetitive? Me and Mary Jane? I watched a video of Fiesta Del Fuego and I thought it was killer.

You could say that I get money from collecting cans, even if I don't, I get about that much money throughout the year. Apparently in these parts, a lot of places won't hire a college student who can only work a few days a week, and will only work a few months until graduation and go work someplace else.

They're playing a club near me here in the States. Unfortunately, I'm passing on them due to the support bands being two awful awful local bands. Saving that money for Sonata Arctica in the same venue in October.

I think the only roadblock with them getting it out before the tour, is the time it'll take to mix and master, and even releasing it in the middle of the tour, I'd assume it would be hard for them to hear the final product while on the road. Right now, I'd be happy with a 2-3 song EP before the tour and an album after.
