What Andrew posted was someone's wishlist for the album. It was on a messageboard that somehow, to their surprise, got "Leaked" as official. I'm a big Jovi fan, so I'll probably like it, as I've liked mostly everything they've done since 2000, other than the Circle. And the first two sound good. Also, I posted above 3 new songs next week, my bad, two new next friday, then another

The "rumored" tracklist, was actually a wish list from someone on the JoviTalk message board. But, if the songs are anything like the first two songs, I'll love it! BTW, 3 more songs will be released next Friday according to the record company. Also, We Don't Run, and Saturday Night Gave me Sunday Morning were the only two from the original "rumored" tracklist that is on

I wonder how many of you gave the last few albums a bad rating just because it doesn't sound like Heyday Jovi? Gotta listen to it for what it is, not for what it SHOULD sound like based on who the band is. Just like GnR's Chinese Democracy. People hated it cause it didn't sound like GnR but people like me, loved it because it was good. If anything Post-2000 was recorded by any other band, it woul

I'm With you, no pun intended, I like new and old Bon Jovi. I've found myself liking almost everything they've done since 2000. Other than The Circle. I can't get into it. But these two songs, I like. Regardless of how good people think they are, it's fact that they can write a really catchy song.

So, is it like a "greatest hits" or an album of outtakes from previous albums? That article didn't really clarify exactly what it is. I'm still confused a bit lol

I gave up on Bon Jovi releasing anything that resembled their heyday. With that being said, I enjoyed What about Now, hated the Circle. I like this song. It's catchy, and it's the type of song you should expect them to do. They won't ever write another SWW or New Jersey. Gotta face it, it'll be pop rock tempo stuff like that.

January I think is what he said for the CD. Also, an EP and single coming in the fall. Didn't specifically say what month, or if it'll contain stuff from the album, but it'll be an EP out sometime in the fall.

I was thinking about going on Sunday, but I just don't know if I'll have the money.Being an unemployed 25 year old who's only paycheck is 30 bucks for mowing his grandma's yard, money is a little tight lol. Wanted to go last year too. Good thing I didn't. Was cold and rainy Lol. But I think Sunday is a great lineup. Saturday I've not heard of most of the bands. But honestly 70 dollars isn't too

Poor style compared to their hit albums? Yes. Bad in terms of quality, I dont' think so. I love X, always have. Slang has grown on me. Still not a huge fan of Adrenalize but I still revisit it sometimes.

I think viv mentioned a song going to radio towards the end of the US tour. Rick Allen also said we may hear some samples soon. Then again, Viv is always the last to know and when plans change he rarely knows about it until after it happens. Poor guy.

I'm in the same boat as you. As a GnR album, meh, then again, I never really liked GnR. As an album for what it's worth, it's excellent. I liked it so much I bought it on cd and vinyl. I love that album.

Indoor venues are crap at their bring outside food thing in. I know at the local outdoor ampitheatre here in Indiana, you can bring in a gallon, or 3.78 liter of sealed water in a bottle per person, and I think a clear gallon bag of food too per person. Better than spending 9 USD on one slice of pizza when you can go to a pizza place and get a large for 11.99.

I don't get some people. They complain about ticket prices being high for front row. I've never been front row, never paid more than 20 USD a ticket, and I can't complain about where I've seen them. If you wanna see a show, but can't afford front row, get cheap tickets. To me, they're better cause you can see the entire stage, unlike front row. I saw John Mellencamp in Feb at an Auditorium and ti

Glad you're standing up for the truth Andrew. Also glad to see you do it without resorting to personal attacks on him unlike what he did to you, Joe and the others.

Hopefully the length of some of the songs doesn't mean it'll be boring at times. High expectations for this one. Love the artwork.

Only one I bought was a Foreigner-Double Vision vinyl at the local discount bookstore for a whopping 2 dollars lol. I'll probably buy Trixter and maybe Beauvoir/Free.

I believe I read someplace that said they're writing for the next album. I agree with you on how they're nothing new, but still fun. They seem like a more serious Steel Panther in terms of being fun. It is a bummer that we in the States probably won't ever get to see them.

Ill admit. If I see a cd at say best buy, or even on amazon, and the cover is really good, it makes me want to look into the band. If it's bland, and only has a few colors, then I pass. I think artwork being good helps a lot. They say don't judge a book by it's cover, but if bands made artwork great, it may draw more fans into. I think the fact that so many are going digital, that bands don't wor

If you want to be specific, melodic metal is anything that is metal music with melody. He loves Maiden and Priest, but I'm pretty sure 98% of their songs have a melody, just like 98% of all songs do. Only ones I'm pretty sure that wouldn't fall under the melodic metal genre would be those hardcore bands where it's just random music thrown together with a guy screaming at me. Most rock and metal b

Uhm, you do know that Maiden and Priest are pretty melodic too, right? Melodic is anything with a melody, the only music that doesn't really have melody is that hardcore stuff. Maiden, Preist, and most rock and metal bands have a melody, therefore, they are technically melodic metal. Besides, Helloween is considered power metal, and it's funny how you like them cause I LOVE power metal, and t

Melodic rock? Okay, did you know that technically, Melodic metal is a sub-genre of melodic rock? Metal came from hard rock, and metal is a sub-genre of hard rock therefore, melodic metal, is a subgenre of melodic rock. Besides, if you're throwing Andrew under the bus for not sticking solely to melodic rock, why not complain when he puts bands on there that are prog rock?

Tell me, how is power metal, a by product of heavy metal? How is Sabaton a by-product of say, Iron Maiden? They're not really. Two totally different styles. Yes, there has to be a heavy metal to have a power metal, so in a way it is. Someone is having a bad day. Work of Art is melodic, but when I need something melodic and heavier than work of art, I turn to melodic metal, I like it. Sue me.

Someone should show him Theocracy. There's a modern metal band with melody, and really good vocals. I do agree though, a lot of American modern metal is screaming into a mic.
