Totally agree. I love it. I visit a message board for Jovi fans and they're always critical of the newer stuff but most of them love it. Easily their best since Have a Nice Day, as you said. Even the bonus tracks are better than a lot of songs off What About Now and The Circle. I may even go as far as saying it's their best full album of material since Crush. But their best since at least Have

I see classic rock as anything before the 90s. I think opinions will vary based on age. I'm 26, but someone who is maybe 16, may consider Oasis classic rock since they're over 20 years old. I guess it depends on the person, but for me, I'd say anything before the 90s is classic to me.

Apparently Alex Band re-formed them a couple years ago minus the original guitarist, and supposedly were writing a new album, then they disappeared again after Alex was attacked after a show in Michigan and it's been quiet every since then.

I doubt that. The 3 songs they've released, are far better than most songs of Burning Bridges and What About Now, and miles better than anything Meatloaf has done lately. I'm thinking this is going to be a really good album. The live versions are enjoyable.

I didn't think it was too bad. Reminded me of Who Would You Die For from Burning Bridges. Lyrically, yeah, it's shallow, but out of the 3 released, I'm liking 2 of them. Knockout hasn't hit me yet, no pun intended. I appreciate their stuff now cause I'm not expecting a classic Jovi sounding album. I know a lot of people are and are disappointed when a song doesn't sound like that, and automatical

From Stryper's FB page "As many of you know, we are preparing a tour to celebrate the 30-year anniversary of To Hell With The Devil. Although we’re extremely excited about this tour, our band and ministry is facing a crossroads for a variety of reasons, including some personal matters affecting our bassist, Tim Gaines that have affected the unity of our band. As a result, upon the conc

Agree with Def Leppard. Not a big fan of On Through the Night either Disagree with Bon Jovi. The Circle did suck, but I thought there were some good songs on What About Now, and Lost Highway. Most of it sucked, spare for a few good songs. Stryper-Reborn. Love all their other albums, but dislike this one. Dislike all of Michael Sweet's earlier solo albums too outside the last two.

I've liked both songs released so far. Wasn't a fan of Fortress, but this one seems to be shaping up to be good.

Anyone heard these guys' debut EP MMXVI? They mix melodic rock/AOR with Venetian Opera looks, you know, the masks, and what not, but the music is purely AOR/Melodic Rock. I thought "how silly of a look." But listening to the EP, it's really good. I believe their singer is the former singer of Pretty Wild. Check out the EP trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iy4jQpcYpzE If yo

The beginning of it, reminds me a bit of Have a Nice Day. Good little solo. Lyrics are a bit cheesy, but good song. Hopefully we get songs like this, and We Don't Run.

I'm with you. I've liked 5 or 6 songs off each of their last few albums. This one, based on 15 seconds sounds good. Will wait until the whole song is out to judge it.

I'm the opposite. I didn't like What About Now, liked a few songs, and I have The Circle, listened to it a few times, haven't touched it in years. I'd be thrilled with a Have a Nice Day type album. Imagine a world where Def Leppard and Bon Jovi put out hard rocking albums in the same year.

Agree. Too bad they had a lot of issues with their singer and had to disband. They had tons of promise.

they want to go out and do shows, and if he has to use tapes for a few songs to make sure they can go out in the future, so be it. They don't like cancelling shows. He doesn't lip all of it, I'm pretty sure of that. I'd rather him lip the last few songs, then to cancel shows and never play again cause his voice is shot.

Disagree. I've seen them 6 times now, including on the Kiss tour and he didn't sound nearly this good. Kiss tour they weren't taped, it was live.

Souls in the Machine, The Pin, along with Over and Over are classic Goo songs to my ears. The two songs Robby sings are typical to his type of songs. Long Way Home is a poppier sound, with that Goo sounds to it. Reverse is pure pop crap, the songs Boxes I love. I kind of agree with adolfo, talking about it being boring. It was fresh the first 3 or 4 times, but after that, it's just kind of dul

What I don't get is, why bring someone else in? Why not just drop the song? It's not like it's a #1 hit or anything. Or just make Johnathan sing it. He could probably do better.

I wasn't really sold on them after the first song or two, but listening to it on spotify, it's really good. Still enjoy the Treat one more after one spin a piece, but The Defiants surprised me

I agree with Rob that Kyle is one of the best guitarists currently out there. He's a great singer and a great songwriter as well. I don't think I could listen to Matchbox unless Kyle was there. I agree with you as well, I think Rob wanted to be a pop star more than a rock star. And oddly, I don't think his solo stuff is all that great, kind of proves to me that he needs the other guys.

I didn't really like their debut, I loved Folklore and Superstition, and Deep Blue Sea and Magic Mountain had a few good songs, but Kentucky to me, is the best they've done.

I haven't hurt much of their debut, I loved Folklore, and Deep Blue Sea and Magic Mountain kind of got a bit boring after awhile. However, I am really really liking this one. It still has their honest lyrics, catchy songs, but it doesn't have that generic rock radio sound.

I personally prefer Superstar Car Wash to this one. I do like some of their albums after that. Mainly Gutterflower, but lately, they've just had a few good songs on each album and the rest are meh. Hopefully this new album kind of has them going back to what made them big, instead of generic meh stuff.

I like it. Also, the title track, Ghost of Graceland is available in the US on iTunes instead of Endangered for some reason, and it's on US Spotify. I like Ghost of Graceland more than Endangered.
