Definitely. The first time I heard the album I was "meh" but after several spins it's really grown on me. Shit name, tho.

So here it is, and they've REALLY gone for that Thin Lizzy sound, in the same way that Voodoo Circle went for that Whitesnake sound. I like the track, but it feels odd. I guess if anyone has the right to rip off Lizzy (I mean, the intro is "Boys Are Back" with a minor tweak) then it's these guys, right? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kq6Z6C3ipMk&feature=youtu.be

It's all horses for courses here. Personally I prefer Rockville I, and it definitely seems to have the cream of the crop with certain songs. However, Rockville II has plenty of great tunes, and for me gets 4/5 whilst the former gets 5/5.

It's a shit album. A few good tracks, and loads of slow paced, boring turds.

Bon Jovi sadly knocked out by a feather duster. WET and rage Of Angels couldn't be separated. FM and Vega fought a close title fight, with FM winning on points...

I think it's better, more of a mix of the classic and current FM vibe. Give it a little time to grow.

I've seen them twice, and can tell you there wasn't even the slightest hint of autotune. the "live Plus" Dvd is a good example.

AC/DC didn't originate their sound. You could play the new VC album to someone not in the know and pass it off as Whitesnake. No one, to my knowledge, plays quite like this except them. "Tears In The Rain" is a carbon copy of "Cryin In The Rain". It IS an album full of good songs, and as has been said could be the best album Whitesnake never recorded, but if feels li

Well I have recently reviewed an album by German glamsters Nasty Bulletz. The name, the cover and the band photos are all ghastly, and I expected them to be shit... but they are actually pretty good. Image will make me apprehensive about a band, yes, but the music is what counts in the end, so it doesn't affect my appreciation, although a bad image may put me off actually listening in the firs

I would be more pissed off if the tracks from the EP were on the album! Just listened to the album a couple of times, and it is a corker, no doubt. Best track is "Crosstown Train", which is a full on melodic rock monster!

How the hell do they keep it up! This is another fantastic mixture of classic and modern Saxon, much like Call To Arms was. Anyone gives this a negative review needs their head testing.

Of the two, VC is more bombastic, though I prefer to listen to PC69 as an album. It's called "More Than One Way Home"

the entire album sounds identical to modern Whitesnake, and this is to it's detriment. Horrendously unoriginal album from very talented people, which is a shame. If that doesn't bother you, though, it has some great tunes.

I find it odd that nivjourney mentioned Snakecharmer in this. They are not a covers or tribute band in any way or form. They are a new band producing brilliant new material.
