Been following them for a while now... They're going to be on the David Foster tour this year....he just signed them to his label...reportedly they were asked to open for Toto, but declined (not speculating, I think there's mutual respect)... Truly gifted musicians, curious what their original material will sound like. Need more bands and musicians like this...especially on "MTV"

sadly, it definitely seems so - busting your ass behind a drum kit is more often than not, under appreciated and undervalued. Time to learn another instrument - Still, you also have to take into account situation and each negotiated player's pay rate or arrangement...can't fault Bowie for being business savvy. And in general, talking salary with coworkers often results in heartbrake and/or dram

There's a vocal on one track but it's spacey new age, non-spoken word...as much as I wanted to love this album, I was a little disappointed. Much of the material has an atypical song structure, and even as instrumentals, they never really take off. Definitely an eclectic mix of songs, and even though I don't enjoy country blue grass generally, the opening track should have been a full song, so

I wonder what this is really about, did you know a lawsuit was under way with Sony over digital downloads? It appears it was dismissed (for filed for dismissal) in March of this year. http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/sony-files-to-dismiss-toto-lawsuit-20120327 I also read an interview with Simon Phillips recently and he had some fairly dismissive comments with regards to recording

Pretty interesting reference - Radiat...think we should chew on that for a bit... Also - isn't this a counter-suit? I remember Luke saying something to the effect many months ago, or maybe in reference to something else? Dirty Laundry Indeed

The U.S. has had plenty of influencial bands. Not to mention we had Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Muddy Waters, BB King, Chuck Berry, ect... ect... Those would be the artists that influenced your list of English bands!! The Beatles and Stones cited most of these and Zep cited Blues artists from America. I think you should give the U.S at least equal credit for the wonderful history of Rock and R

You do what you have to do to please the masses. About 95% of their audience won't know or care if they have tuned down or changed a key. Thirty years ago when he chose the key for the song, I'm sure it didn't even cross his young mind that his voice would not be able to handle it later in life. I just can't fault singers for doing this because everyone gets old and body parts start acting diff

Reo 's new cd has many good songs on it but I feel it is only half as good as it could have been without Richrath. Although Gary isn't as good of a guitarist technically than Dave Amato, his songwriting was a huge, important part of what made Reo what it was. Kevin can write a couple of great songs and a few good ones per record and Gary took up the slack and also wrote at least 2 great songs an

Valentine! Hugo's vocals are way too low in the mix. At least you can hear Freddy clearly on the Zion cd. Nothing is more irritating than vocals being too low.

When you have a group of people in a debate, it is a mass of people. Therefore the reason I want to debate this is because mass-debating is fun! :)
