A few weeks ago I saw The Quireboys live on stage. It was really great! Now I was wondering what bands also do play that Sleazy and/or Bluesy rock & roll style. Or bands that do have some songs in that style? To give some other examples: - Black Crowes - Cinderella - Saint Jude - Eric Sardinas & Big Motor (songs like As The Crow Flies or Gone To Memphis) - Rolling Stones (songs

Great band! Most of their songs are growers. Very curious about their upcoming album. Speaking of Springsteen: on Pinkpop 2009 The Killers played before Springsteen who was headlining. Killers' frontman Bradon Flowers joined him during the song "Thunder Road". Really awesome!!

I am looking for the studio version of "Coming Home" from the Scottish band GUN. This track appeared as one of 2 tracks on the B Side of the "Better Days" 12" single from 1989. Does anybody have a MP3 version of this song? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DBrqClvs1g Thanx, Marc

I just heard Tommy Heart’s Help! For Japan. I think he did a great job! After the success of Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and USA for Africa's "We Are the World", the rock scene also had some charity projects. I can remember projects mentioned below. Now I am wondering if there have been more (rock) projects like this? Rock Aid Armenia German Rock Project
