Glynn was always my favorite singer for Threshold. I saw him 2 or 3 times with Threshold and once with Mindfeed, he's soooo good live! And also a great guitarplayer. The 2nd guitarplayer left Threshold a couple of weeks ago, maybe Glynn will take this task also? All in all, great news to me.

Skin opening for Whitesnake during the Restless heart tour. So much energy! Pain of Salvation (One Hour by the Concrete Lake was just released) opening for Threshold. Nobody ever heard of POS but the crowd was still yelling "We want more" during the start of the first song by Threshold. Never saw anything like that. Kingdom Come opening for Dokken (around 2008 i think). It could h

Is it anything like the Giant album Promise Land? I liked that one a lot after I let go of comparing it to the classic Giant albums.

I agree with a lot of the before mentioned, but the most underrated album is missing: the debut (and only) album from Toy Matinee! Even in this list it's underrated ;) It's so melodic that I cannot believe it wasn't triple platinum when it came out.

The show later this month in Holland is sold out (for weeks now). Hate to miss them this time. I've seen them almost every European tour. Usually I didn't have to buy the tickets early, this time things are different. Don't know why, but these guys deserve it. I guess I'll have to buy tickets for a ridiculous price from the not so official ticketservices... Can't wait to hear the new album, th

Funny, just a few days ago I searched for info. I always thought that he sounded like Midnight (Crimson Glory) and that's a good thing. Only thing I found was this: http://markvanderbilt.tumblr.com/post/46253017264/secrets-revealed Strange stuff

From their official site/forum: QuoteDear Kingdom Come soldiers, fans and friends! The Kingdom Come ship has reached its final destination, at least during my visit on our planet earth. My decision is mainly caused by experiences I made throughout the last 3 years, during which the fun factor disappeared more and more, and our energy and hopes have repeatedly been crushed by people and

Thanks for sharing. I love to read those kind of stories. I'd love to read a similar report of the making of the Bad English record Backlash. I've heard rumors of fistfights between John and Neil and John dissapearing for days (Weeks?). The endresult was a great record :)

I would go for The Mission. 9 totally different albums that are however unmistakably The Mission. Next to those there are many many live albums, EPs, solo projects, books, etc. No chance of getting bored there...

Must be something by The Shadows. My father was/is a huge Hank Marvin fan. Probably also the reason I still love a nice melodic guitarsolo.
