I would like to know, how is their status in the UK and in the US. Are there a lot of fans? Are they getting radio airplay?

Totally agree on Collective Soul and one of my favourite bands. To bad there original guitar player Ross Childress left the band a few years ago. The song "Dandy life", on which he handled lead vocals is modern pop as its best. The band never put out a bad album or DVD - just one question: did these guys ever toured Europe? In 2001 the whole city was covered with advertising posters, bu Forum: Noticeboard
By the time i thought the "rootsier" bands will take over. In the likes of Brother Cane, Cry of love or Sister Whiskey. Hell, i was wrong :-) Forum: Noticeboard
Hi Terry,
gotta agree, they are a really good band. Saw them as support act for Feeder a couple of months ago. Unfortunately i was sick as a dog on that evening. Forum: Noticeboard
Their first release will always be a nice memory of driving around on the island of rhodes, greece, in a jeep and listening to tainted angel :-)) Forum: Noticeboard
I remember an interview he did in the mid 90ies, where he stated, he thought his career will last a little bit longer. Deserved the mega-stardom worldwide, that he had in his peak, in the U.S.
R.I.P. Jani - and thank you for the music!!! Forum: Noticeboard
Biffy Clyro - The Captain, on Only Revolutions. First time i heard it, i went "What the heck...?" but then it really grows on me. Still not the perfect opener for such an amazing album. Forum: Noticeboard
It is my first posting here on the noticeboard, because the topic is about one of my favourite albums of all time. Enjoy it from start to finish!! I remember professional school when i turned a school mate to listen to Teslas TGRC and he liked it, and before he was totally NOT into Hard Rock music. Forum: Noticeboard
