after reading both threads some of the ones people said were dicks were so of my fav meets, had beers with neal schon for 2 hours, actually had a funny experience w/yngwie malmsteen, and gene simmons was cool, so take what you wantfrom these tales, theres always 2 sides to a storyand you never know what kind of day they had.i wont slag someone unless theve been nasty or rude on multiple occasions

lower broadway is mostly country covers, but the silver dollar on 2nd and whiskey bent tender to have girls who cover a little more rock, exit in and marathon feature more rock, look up nashville scene for more details

your right the best rockers were left off the record, ask neal last year he said hes working on a full reissue, I think it was done as a side with no real intention of it to inter fear with eiothers regular gig so it included some of the more jammy songs

ive met him about 5 times. he can come of as a jerk, but he always signs, saw thee mention from the book were hes not comfortable in social situations, seems right had a decent convo with him before a show, and i was the only one there so maakes sense, go for it

david was very nice and friendly, john sykes had just joined and didnt come off the bus, met him on blue murder and was chatty, viv adrian and rudy are always friendly as are doug and reb

the ones on the journey tour last year were brutal, no autographs, just a photo with the band and about 10 seconds of glad handing, but the year before on thier own they were very personable

ps dave's voice on the "reunion" tour was the strongest its been since the skyscraper tour so hes no getting drunk and screwing around on stage , his voice is fine, and even in thier prime he never sang all the lyrics

cant get excited because thaey are not recording together, eddie has written the music and handed to the singer, just like all the crap since balance since a dvd of the wolfie tour hasnt surfaced, i can see them doing a walmart or best buy with a dvd included to hype the unsellabe songs
