Richie Kotzen, everybody knows about his prowess on the guitar but he also has a fantastically soulful/bluesy voice

I always thought at the time that if Robbie Williams covered P[ink Cream 69's Gone Again it would have been a hit (not the cockney version obviously) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OkdJ5UKNl4

Solli was great on the 2nd album, would love to have Laverdi back tho, i suppose all thats written would be the stuff Gorham was doing with Pete Shoulder ? I remember hearing 2 demos from back then with Pete on vocals, Messin With Mine & The Wall, sounded just like 21 guns but with Pete Shoulder on vocals ...lol

The first album "Road of Life" piqued my interest, loved the follow up "Firewater" which i did post about back in 2011 (http://www.melodicrock.com/phorum52/read.php?1,842557,842557#msg-842557) but just can`t get into "Early Morning Shakes", i`ve tried on numerous occasions, tried again this morning & although there are a few good tracks like Reckoning & Head

Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush Live from 1978 was my introduction & is still my favourite album , great cover of Purple Haze on that as well but for studio track You Got Livin is his best imo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOWjW0gXlpk

Never really liked the original song at all but this appeals to me a little more, seems like i`m quickly becoming a DJ Ashba fan, he was the standout performer for me on the new GnR Live in Vegas 3D thing & i have to say i`m amazed that Axl let that pass quality control becasue at times his vocals are absolutely terrible

no band in particular but it will definitely be something from the 70`s to early 80`s a period in time when i was at most most sponge like, it's a little more difficult these days for me to find really GREAT stuff with the exception of Howlin Rain - The Russian Wilds of course ;-)

This band might appeal to some that heave read this post, The Lucky Dutch are a blues based Rock band from Chicago with a real retro vibe, the album itself "Bury The Night" is a 50/50 split between rockers & a more laid back groove & is really great in places especially when Nathan Graham is handling the vocals, he also plays some mean geetar, they also have a female singer who

First of all let me say im really not fussed who Taylor & May choose to front the band as i`ve never really been a fan, apart from the odd track here & there they mean very little to me, so anyway i viewed these vids & i think Adam Lambert is a fookin terrible choice, his vocals are way to weak & high pitched & WTF was going on in that Killer Queen vid & the in the intro t
