Everyone please don't fret, The rest of the album is classic Circus Maximus. 'Havok' is 'Havok' and I'm not a fan of the track myself but it's easy enough to skip and just listen to the good stuff. Which is wonderful

This is part of Mario's letter "Considering that systems such as watermarked MP3 downloads and watermarked CDs do not prevent these leaks from happening all the time, it is no surprise to see that many labels decide to postpone releasing priority releases to journalists until the day of the release. We will now be one of those labels as we feel we must take a serious and strong stand aga

As someone who writes for a publication and gets advance copies of albums, I can honestly say that 99% of writers DON'T put their promos out for everyone to hear on the internet. The 1% who do are aresholes and spoil things for the dedicated reviewers who do what they do for the love of the music. In fact in nearly all cases the said reviewers go on to buy the physical/real version of the albums

I think Ramsey nailed it with his eclectic remark. That said 2015 has had enough albums in each genre to easily make a top ten from. Here are a few that didn't make my list but at different times should and could have, Thunder, Tiger Moth Tales, Nad Sylvan, Royal Hunt, FM, Art Nation, The Darker My Horizon, CWF, Neal Morse Band, Angra, Battle Beast, Lifeline, Unleash The Archers, Blind Guardia

Juliocruz wrote: I loved Firefest and I was very disappointed when Kieran announced in 2013 that 2014 would be the final Firefest. He also didn't leave the door open for a future Firefest because he stated that this was definitely it, there would be no comebacks. I think Kieran should have never stated this so empathically, because if Firefest now does make a comeback, he doesn't sound very cr

No such thing as a guilty pleasure if you like it then why feel guilty? I'm a dyed in the wool card carrying AOR Mafia member but I also love the heavier side of music, that encompasses Heavy Metal and all it's sub-genres, plus classical music, blues, pop etc, etc, why because a good song is a good song no matter the genre. Do I feel guilty because of this NO!

It's a fabulous album and 'Bennett Built A Time Machine' one of my songs of 2015. That said I think the new albums by Riverside and Subsignal are better, which says a lot about the quality of the music released this year. And the new Vanden Plas ain't half bad either:)))

Reading through what's been said I find it worrying that some people seem to be calling for Bobby to retire. They don't like how he's singing and I will admit that you tube performance is pants but do any of us have the right to say to the guy, hey you know what you were good once so don't tarnish your past just retire? If we're going to go down that route then their won't be a lot of singers w

It seems a shame that so many have slagged the guy off. Yes this video is bad but does that stop what he's given us in the past being good? Of course not. No wonder this genre is having a bad time when things like this get posted and fans of the scene wade in all guns blazing. Why do artists bother???
