Loved Woody's answer about how he aged his character over the length of the series, which was "I just took my wig off"

Saw Lee Aaron on her Metal Queen tour. And she was describing somebody as being a jerk off when someone in the audience said "Yeah he's a wanker alright", much hilarity ensued while said joker then had to explain to Miss Aaron what a wanker was. Que a couple of thousand fans all doing the hand gesture until she got it. Have to say she had a laugh when she cottened on.

All it was a massive BBC hatchet job, which basically said that the wonderful political music of the 60's was taken over by the wonderful mega/arena rock of the 70's. Which then was taken over by the misogynistic, sexist, bland pop rock (their description) of bands like Cinderella, Motley Crue, WASP, KISS etc which of course they and everyone else hated. No idea at all. Thank God they then sai

Paul, don't just stick to the wonderful Sci-Fi shows mentioned, try some other genres as well, Game Of Thrones, The Walking Dead, NCIS, Criminal Minds etc are all worth checking out, and if you can get the Blu-ray box set of Firefly still one of the best Sci-fi shows around.

Good song but I don't get it. If I want to listen to Def Leppard I'll put one of their albums on. Good luck to them though.

Bruce you already know the answer because each year at the Festival, we're always asked, why no Damn Yankees, Giant, NightRanger, Loverboy, Michael Bolton (doing all of Everybody's Crazy), Streets, Triumph etc, etc. And the answer is because just one of these bands would bankrupt Firefest. I don't understand how any AOR/Melodic rock fan could not be excited about seeing From The Fire, Boule

If your into Candlemass rob try Avatarium's new album. Be warned though the singer is a young Lady who makes this Doom album a different prospect from the usual male vocal filled ones.

Without getting into the debate of which version of the band is best (and I did like the Michael Eden version a lot), I have just heard the new album by Eden's Curse, entitled 'Symphony Of Sin'. And Boy's and Girls all I can say is that it's time to raid those piggy banks once again because (with a capital B), Eden's Curse have come up with a bit of a monster album. Performances, production and e

Strange that they have decided to have an AOR show at 8pm on a Sunday when it will clash with the great Steve Price over on ARFM. Yeah I know you can use catch up but why clash?

'Street Ready' is very good but I've always had a soft spot for the Leatherwolf - 'S/T' 87 Island records release, which features classic power metal songs like 'Rise Or Fall', 'The Calling', 'Cry Out', Gypsies & Thieves', 'Princess Of Love' and 'Rule The Night'.

It does sound good but not sure about the Deluxe tag this time. The bonus disc features the live at Donnington set that came out recently + two studio singles. So if you already have the live CD you might want to shop around for the best deal for 'Dream Evil' Deluxe version.

Oh great, another favourite artist of mine who thinks that the UK only has one place that you can perform - London. Getting really sick of these one off dates in the capitol, dates that would force me to shell out money for tickets, transport and hotels, which would make a solo concert way to expensive to attend. Come on all you AOR/Melodic rock acts who visit old Blighty, try to look further

Good news about the tour but a bit daft to have it at exactly the same time as the Rush UK tour. I already have tickets for a couple of Rush gigs, as I suspect a lot of others have as well, so another tour at the same time will break the bank I'm afraid. Looks Like I'm gonna miss Journey this time.

I though they were just amazing. DC Cooper is a hell of a frontman and worked the crowd to a frazzle. The songs were at the more melodic end of the bands spectrum and Half Past Loneliness rocked the house. I'd talked with the band the night before and they were a lovely bunch who just couldn't wait to get on stage. Another fantastic weekend, over too soon.
