The AXS.TV clips only showed Sex Ain't Love, Home, and one other one. It was just a few songs from the various bands, not the entire set.

I saw LM with Oni on vox about 2 years ago. I was really looking forward to this as I was a major fan back in the day. I was extremely disappointed. Oni sounded awful and Lynch didn't have it that night. I understand there will be off nights, it just sucks when they are off on your night.

Love both of their voices and the work they have done with Lynch Mob. Just watching the M3 concert on AXS.TV with these guys and have to say that Mason is head and shoulders above Logan live. The vocals were so uninspiring on the Lynch Mob set that I skipped over it. Too bad as the studio albums are great. However, I couldn't get enough of the Warrant set and I didn't even recognize any of the so

Unfortunately it is broken up into 16 parts, but I put them in a playlist so just hit Play All. Very honest interview with Michael. Can not wait for his book to come out. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLc1sbQGOORlJ2nlaNIp1fPDXp4VlxW49n&feature=edit_ok

Thanks Kayaker. This particular song is my message for my wife. The other one is basically how I feel. We've had a rough road and are still traveling it. I find so much strength and encouragement through these songs and many more on Christian radio. Matthew West has a new album out called Into The Light. To listen to it is powerful in and of itself, however, when you understand where the songs ca

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3GOtpwITPQ Tenth Avenue North "You Are More" There's a girl in the corner With tear stains on her eyes From the places she's wandered And the shame she can't hide She says, "How did I get here? I'm not who I once was. And I'm crippled by the fear That I've fallen too far to love" But don't you know who you are, What'

I think the same could be said of Clapton. He really needs an equal to bring out the fire he once displayed.

It can be absolutely crushing & debilitating at times with all that it throws at you. You wonder if it will ever get better and if anyone feels like you do. This song by Tenth Avenue North perfectly sums it up when I'm feeling so down. I love the imagery of the leafless tree. Spot on! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zulKcYItKIA&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Actually, many abortions are conducted on viable, life sustaining fetus's. But, I digress. Not wanting to get into a debate on abortion. Just getting deep within the lyrical aspect of the song. So, I'll reserve comment on anything outside of that to maintain the discussion of the song or the album. Let's just agree to diasagree on the abortion matter. Going on about that won't change your mind or

I think you nailed it with personal sensitivity. It strikes a chord that we either like or don't like. We embrace or are offended. And that's ok. We are all different and have various views on life. But where I disagree is the visciousness that is expressed when something doesn't line up with our life view. All you ever hear about is tolerance, but I find that the people who preach tolerance the

But isn't every lyric overt in its own way? Like it or not, every musician, poet, novelist, etc conveys a message when they exprees the words of their medium to the masses.

Many conversations have been had to mindless and trivial lyrics on this board, and rightfully so. So now, we have a song with lyrics of substance generating a healthy discussion, yet, causing turmoil. It would seem that it would be better to keep the mindless lyrics as opposed to lyrics that makes us think or challenge our own thoughts because as much as we cry out for purposeful words, we are of

I know that there are a couple of fans here. Anthony Gomes has released another blues album. This time acoustic in nature and focusing on early style acoustic blues and some black gospel roots. As always his guitar playing is outstanding. This link starts the album playlist: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukN5xj0ZDs0&list=PL0sL9Tkxu_KbJsjB-0MPYDQ-pQicfyFo-

Personally, I have no issue with the lyrics of this song. Laying aside the morality/politics of abortion I think it's a struggle for many women that go through this process as they are scared, unsure, alone, and struggling. I think Elefante captures the struggle well in his lyrics. If you're going to tell the story you have to choose which side to draw the picture from and with John's Christian b

Never been a huge fan of any of these guys on an individual basis. Portnoy was probably the only one I liked enough through his Dream Theater and Flying Colors albums. Kotzen never did anything for me and Sheenan just never clicked with me. Having said all that , I really like this tune alot. Makes me want to investigate further upon the album release. Thanks for the post.

I usually don't get embroiled in these noticeboard arguements/wars. To be honest, it's pretty childish and in the end someone just trying to bully their own opinion over anothers. That being said, I have to come to CCM's side here. He merely made some very appropriate statements in response to the original post. Doug posted his view on what he felt with overtly Christian lyrics and CCM countered
