I'd say it's Tommy Denander. He's played on every major album in the last 25 years or so.

Love Gov't Mule. They are on my bucket list of bands to see. Warren Haynes is one heck of a player, singer, and writer. It would be tough to name a better all around musician. Very sad to see him and Derek Trucks opting out of the Allman Brothers Band, but I totally get it.

Decent tune from his upcoming album. I can definitely identify with the lyrics. Looking forward to this as all the songs were written by him this time. No covers. http://youtu.be/Z3_GOk36JD0

Have to admit that as a concert goer this would be pretty cool to see in person. When I saw them a couple of years ago with KISS, Tommy had the circular rail but this just takes it to the next level. And whether or not you like him or the Crue, it takes a certain level of skill to play upside down. http://youtu.be/iykDkwvYzyw

When I used to subscribe to Rhapsody I had a 'library' of the artists I enjoyed. Unfortunately, Spotify does not have a 'library' feature. So now, unless I put an artist in a playlist, I have to remember every album/artist I enjoy. No small feat as I listen to tons of music. Anyways, I can't remember the album I want to right now and so I turn this impossible task to you- the masters of music k

Edit: originally this post was entitled Last Of The Mohican's Metallized, but after listening to a bunch of his stuff, I wanted to include Toto's Africa since this is melodic rock board ;) I highly encourage you to check out a bunch of his stuff. This dude can shred. haven't found one thing yet that I haven't liked. Original post - Always loved the Daniel Day Lewis film 'Last Of The Mohicans'

They opened the tour in Chicago last night. This is going to be a tough one because when you think of Queen, you think of Freddie. But like other bands (AC/DC, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, etc) who have continued on after losing a prominent member (most notably a singer) what's the reaction/feeling to Lambert fronting Queen BASED SOLELY ON THE VIDEO CLIPS and not the history of Queen. Can he pull it

I couldn't name a team involved in the World Cup if my life depended on it. Soccer has never been big in the U.S.

Just listened to the new Down'n'Outz album, The Further Adventures Of... and I have to say it is fantastic. I never gave the first one a listen as I pretty much have given up on anything Joe Elliot/Def Leppard related. But now I will have to seek it out. I absolutely love this opening track. Love the piano and found it interesting to see Joe sing and play guitar, as I have never seen that before.

Agree with Matt. External hard drive. I have all my CD's on it. It's actually the only thing I use it for.

And Mick, lest we forget, as CCM said, 4 out of 5 liked it. I mean, c'mon. That's like a dental commercial. 4 out out of 5 dentists recommend brand x to their clients. That's advertising gold!

The original is put out by RatPak records, whereas the European remix is on the earMusic label. As of now, Spotify in the U.S. has the RatPak version.

Two videos of Richie Sambora & Orianthi performing Voodoo Chile. Bon Jovi, the band, may be where the money is at, but I would love to see Sambora not go back to Bon Jovi and do some type of guitar jam/shred album with Orianthi. http://youtu.be/HPAIcLD-DXU http://youtu.be/GXjTqtC3d14

99% of the way I listen to Spotify is downloading the songs into a playlist and then listening 'offline'. I play it at work all day long and experience no advertising.

Man, that was great. You can hear the change in his voice, but the man can still sing. I'd definitely go see him if he toured.
