I hope it is mate for his sake!! He looks like a homeless meth addict. Reading up, apparently he has just recorded a solo album with philthy phil of motorhead fame on drums. I always remember watching the decline of the western civilisation when he is drunk in the pool thinking holy shit thats not good!! Didnt he have a band with randy piper post wasp?

I think the new album is great, been a fan since infest, they were the first band that got me into rock/metal so have always have a soft spot for them, I do prefer their albums from getting away with murder onwards, although I do listen to infest occasionally. I can relate to a lot of what jacoby wrote about on this album, and I can relate a lot to lyrics from their other albums too.

I love pretty much everything by them from power metal onwards. not overkeen on far beyond driven, first 5 songs are great, the rest is a mess apart from using my third arm which is a good song. personally my fave is currently great southern trendkill, very moody album quite extreme in places but still catchy and melodic too.

more new regarding bill ward and the so called black sabbath reunion, apparently bill was only offered to play a few songs and have another drummer play the rest of the show!! He has ruled himself out of the shows now too, dont blame him at all, with all the bullshit that has gone on ever since the reunion shows were announced with bill being offered an unsignable contract to this. why they can

From interviews I have read with brent, they didnt set out to recreate som, and I think that amarlliss shows this, some awesome songs, I agree with rocknut, the more laid back songs do work best on amaryllis.

I love a solo that is melodic and musical, I cant stand the bands that just insist on widdling for the sake of it, no passion or soul behind them at all. Dont get me wrong, I do love players that shred, but shredding all the time? No thanks;) Like neal schon for example, back in his heyday, his solos were fantastic, melodic and soulful and fit the songs perfectly, whos crying now, and be good to

I agree, dont blame it on love is a corking song, along with beat the bullet, and monkey business. The rest of the album just doesnt do it for me, slipped her the big one still makes me cringe lol. In order of preference;Revolve Debut Cockroach( Both versions ) 4 the hard way gildersleeves

The debut and revolve are miles better than screw it, which I think only has a few good songs, beat the bullet, dont blame it on love, monkey business being the only songs from screw it that I still listen to. The rest is terrible in comparison, some are just embarrasing, get your shit together, yeah you want it, I still think about you etc.Cockroach is a great album, I like both versions, but I t

Journey and foreigner dont play to sold out stadiums. They play to maybe sold out arenas as a package tour, and can only just about manage that but not stadiums, especially outside of the us. As a strange fellow once said: 'If you dont want to admit it its your problem, but thats the truth, the FACTS'!!! I dont have a problem with the rocky movies helping with the success of survivor, I was ju

Kenneth is the king of morinic quotes mate, the shit that spews out of his mouth is unbelievable. The surf music one was on of the most moronic though I must say. Maybe survivor could record an album of surf classics!!! or, could re record is this love in a beach boys style, kenneth would wet himself with glee!!! ;)

Blind to what facts exactly kenneth/shawn/whoever you are? That is this love was used in some bloody surf competitions?? big deal. the point I was making is you claim to be a fan of peteriks but diss survivors songs as childish? The only facts I stated were the fact of survivor having a top 40 hit before the rocky promotion which proves my point that they were on the rise commercially before the

Big deal, Journey and foreigner had bigger hits and were more successful. In that case, using your logic, justin bieber, rhianna, to name but 2, are therefore betterthan a ton of melodic rock bands who we all love who dont sell shit loads of records. One of the reasons too hot to sleep didnt do very well at all was because scotti bros were haveing major distrubution problems. Oh, and by the wa

I dont even think any of it exists. frankie has been on about this so called new album re entry for ages now. I hope we dont have to wait a lifetime for them to record a new album, even still, I think peterik is essential to the survivor sound to make a new album in classic survivor form.

Poor mans son was a top 40 hit that sly stallone took notice of kenneth, so survivor were on there way up even before the rocky explosion so get your facts straight before spouting rubbish.
