Fairly general statement there Mr Watson - been an Aerosmith fan since 76! The only real crap album they've done is Just Push Play. As for the Keifer album yes it's good but not as good as the latest Aerosmith and I can safely say that because I haven't just listened to the samples.

Not wanting to be overly pessimistic but to head back to the US seems pretty dramatic and to have Hull obviously on standby suggests to me that maybe Tom's ongoing health issues may be rearng their ugly heads again. Lets hope not.

Didn't see the Dead Dasies either but I did have the misfortune to catch the last couple of songs by Wolfmother. One of the worst bands I've ever seen. The promoters here in Oz really need to think a bit harder about some of these bills.

Regardless what anyone thinks of their recorded output this band is easily one of the best live entities in the world. Saw them in 1990 twice and in the US three years ago but last nights show was by far the best yet. For a bunch of old timers they blew everyone away. I've got that one along with a few other BR remasters. Sound really good to me. With 3 studio bonus tracks, 3 demo's and a couple of live tracks you can't go wrong. If you haven't checked out the XXX and JOKER cds by Junkyard which are high quality demo's made for their 3rd album stop wasting time and do it now they're great.

They are a great band for what they do...seen them numerous times live. I consider their debut a masterpiece. In the mid 90's they were a breath of fresh air in a stale old rock world (not that they're rock!)

I hear that one large promoter has sent the organisers a cease and desist letter. Also there was dramas with Baby Animals being announced and the pulling out due to it "being too difficulT" Hmmmm....reminds me of the KISS/Joe Cocker debacle from the early 90's!
