Nowhere to Hide is a must have if you like Forever in Time. I still prefer Forever in Time because it has stronger songs, but Nowhere to Hide is pretty much the same. The production on Nowhere to Hide (courtesy of Steve Mann, formerly of Lionheart/McAuley Schenker Group) is also better than the previous album. The drum sound in Forever in Time is especially awful... I read that it's actually a dr

Just wait until it's released in Japan with a bonus track or two ;) The signed cd price is almost the same as a regular Japanese edition cd. Hopefully it's get released there as well, considering the band has good fan base in Japan.

I hope it's nothing like Europe's recent albums. Thanks to Eric Martin's vocals, I'm sure it will still be full of melodies.

Gotta love the song ;) Nice to hear the galloping rhythm during the verse. I was worried that Pat Regan might take the band into the direction of Get Over It again (a bland album, not my favorite album at all.. I still blame Kotzen for this one, although his contribution in Actual Size is a huge improvement). But with Paul Gilbert in the band, it seems we will have something different here.

Ha! Now I remember. This is probably why something sounds so wrong when Scottrock55 mentioned Tom Keifer as Tommy Keifer, LOL. The Krokus guitarist who committed suicide in 1986 is Tommy Kiefer (not Keifer) though.

IMO a similar thing applies to the new guitarist as well. Not the vocals, but the guitar playing. Shot me now.

Joel left Night Ranger to join Whitesnake.. meanwhile Doug now has a side project with Jack Blades, weird huh? Agree with Figge btw.. WS is a dead end nowadays. I'm still underwhelmed by DC's choice but regardless of that, I don't think the guitarist is the determining factor anyway. DC can hire a real super guitarist (not Joel) but still all will be ruined by his vocals in the end.

Not sure about Joel.. he might have that 'rockstar' presence like Doug, but IMO his playing is not 'bluesy' enough as Doug. Actually, judging from his solo albums that he uploaded to his own Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/joelhoekstravideos/), his roots is fusion, just like Reb. Strangely enough, before Joel joined NR full time, it was Reb who became a temporarily replacement to Jef

EUR 20 is only for those who are located in Holland. I'm not located in Holland, so the cheapest option is actually EUR 45, not EUR 40. For EUR 40 you will have to pick up the CD at the Queen convention yourself.

The title track from the forthcoming album "Bizarro World" can be listened at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=us2b0mjR2io The album itself can be ordered via the official site: http://www.robbyvalentine.nl Robby is doing some kind of kickstarter/pledge style package here... http://www.marliesonline.nl/robby/bizarro-world.html A bit expensive, EUR 20 for CD only. Personally I don't c

not a good idea...IMO the recent Adams/Vallance compositions are actually pretty weak, nowhere as good as the early years... so I'm not really anticipating this. And whatever happened to the planned Reckless: Deluxe Edition? Will it ever happen? Or now it's just a special tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Reckless, with no reissue of the album?

Sambora is in a different league. The possibility of him joining Whitesnake is almost zero. Someone else mentioned Jimi Bell in another forum... hmm, I think it's possible.

No, it's the 2nd album without Waters. Previously there was "A Momentary Lapse of Reason" album with Gilmour and Mason as the official members plus Rick Wright and many other musicians as guests. "The Division Bell" main line up was Gilmour/Wright/Mason. I don't recall people mocking it, actually. Awesome album from start to finish. Recently they made an official music video f

Apparently the version of "Just One Night" on the vinyl single is a special remixed version by Humberto Gatica. Of course it's not the same as the album version, but I'm not sure if that's the version you heard on the radio. One more thing, the "A Night of Triumph Live" DVD has a different music video for "Just One Night". This song is not a part of the main conce

Thanks for the info. I just go to the page (http://www.amazon.co.uk/7-Seven/dp/B00KNVCM5C/ref=dm_cd_album_lnk), yes.. the bonus track is included on the digital version. Looks like only the Japanese version has the physical copy of this song (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/RBNCD-1164)

Hi Andy, does your CD (Escape Music version I assume) contain the song "Charlie"? Or has the song became an exclusive Japanese bonus track? A 'session guitarist' who used to post here said that he played on the song "Charlie", but this song isn't listed on the press release, and the guitarist name does not appear on the press release either.

Actually Adolfo's already there for maybe 2 hours before yours :) Regardless of that, I agree about the Mr. Big vibe. At first I thought it's going to be a Van Halen "Hot for Teacher" type song, but it turns out to be more in line with "Daddy Brother Lover Little Boy" The previous song "Since I Fell For You" is similar to 91 Suite's songs, but this one is actua

To be honest I haven't really investigated on his solo works, but I've always loved his songwriting. He wrote some of my favorite songs, such as: - Starship "The Burn" (Page/Taupin), "It's Not Enough" (Page/Funderburk) and "Healing Waters" (Page), all from "Love Among The Cannibals". Martin also re-recorded "Healing Waters", you can hear it on
